I have flu shot appointment 7/Jan at 4:30, I went earlier in 15 mins. I did check-in at the counter. They told me just sit down and wait for the injector. I wait and wait until 4:45, no one let me know what’s going on. I went to the injector again, how long I still need to wait, he said 30 mins more. If peoples keep coming to ask him, should I keep waiting. This is ridiculous. It means no meaning with make the appointment. He is not only one injector in Richmond

Desired outcome: I walked out. I didn’t make the flu shot
