Shopee My account banned

My account was banned when I tried to log in different locations. I called up several times of Shopee customer service, each time different person that I talked to and I have to repeat my incident endlessly, and receiving a cut & paste email repeatedly, however, the issue was not solved.

On top of this, they even threatened and want me to attach my IC copy with photo, or passport copy with photo as one of the supportive documents before they can close my account as I requested. There is so much fishy when these people are asking our ID copy or passport copy for online account closure.

I have been merry go round with these customers service with same story with no end. I am very tired!

As advised multiple times that I have receive the wrong items for my order.

What you guys want me to do is do a self arrange for the items I have received.

I have no money to do such plus I have Meniere's disease which is why it is physically hard for me to haul this box and send it back.

In the first place I shouldn't have to since your courier shouldve delivered me the right items from the start since its with Shopee Supermarket.

I filed a report 22nd of June its already the 28th and I have been given the run around by your chat agents.

Desired outcome: What I need is to have your courier pick up the items since its your mistake for delivering the wrong items in the first place and get me my refund!

It say delivered. I felt funny ask seller. But kena blacklist by shopee. Then customer service shopee say money realize and nothing can do. Very funny

First it stated delivery at 16 then money release to seller where the protection and then shopee blacklist the seller. Then it so conflict. Since shopee know it scammer...

It is certainly shopee wrong because what happen to protection period and why no block the transaction. Shopee then reply say my fault .. I almost blur cause was me acknowledge any delivery of item.

Shopee Received an empty box, walang laman

They sent an empty box, wala sa kahon ang order ko, I order for dog eye drop petcipd php636.00 order id 2206052u79dj6c, on first call, I was advices by the shopee agent that gogo express will get to pick my item, an empty box but they didnt pick up. Here are the delivery agents supposed to get my empty box, from gogo express delivery persons holding these mobile nos. [protected] and [protected], since gogo express failed to pick back the empty box, my request for refund has been cancelled.

I want my refund now php636.00

Shopee Wrong item delivered

I ordered MODERN FILIPINIANA BARONG FOR WOMEN 2 IN 1 WRAPPY ORGANZA in 032qluh8du.

I am so excited because I received it today, June 26, 2022. I received a small parcel so i decided to take a video while opening it. I know that organza is a light material and if you really wanted, you can pack it small.

When i opened the package, I received a lollipop instead of the dress I have ordered. I am so disappointed.

I like a refund because i paid more than P1,000 for that dress and what i received is a lollipop woth no more than P 5.

Hope this will be resolved soon

Shopee Refund and Dispute

I ordered a car item stated from seller which is brand of Denso and made in Japan from reputable Shopee seller of (Luckycat.Autoparts). Seller shipped me counterfeit parts which was made in china.

I submitted claim for refund to Shopee team with all photos evidence given and provided. Shopee agent simply close my refund dispute without proper investigation and no professionalism on handling my refund.

I resubmitted another request of refund and no reply from Shopee agent after 2 days of enquiry. I contacted seller with regards of my item. They admitted on the shipment of the wrong item given to me.

Shopee agent do not honour my 1st refund. The most terrible thing is Shopee agent cancelled my request refund blindly.

Shopee I was sent the wrong item! The sell refuses to refund.

I ordered a glx1050ti graphics board. I received a purple mop. The seller has refused to refund my money, due to there mistake or fraud.

I have pictures of the package and the contents of order 22060655frvymw and tracking order 99 minutes mx2234926494257wa. The box my item should have been in should be a mininum of 24cm, the package is only 19cm.

Shopee Return / refund request denied for counterfeit item purchased

I bought an Infinix Note 10 Pro through a Seller named QTphone thru Shopee for 3,599 php last 06/10/2022. Thinking it was a great deal, I immediately bought it.

The seller advertised that it would be shipped in 2 days but it took almost 1 week considering it was only from Paranaque and should be shipped to Muntinlupa, it was quite long.

Upon receipt (06/15/2022) of the item, we took a video of unboxing it. Checked the cell phone's specs thru it's settings and confirmed from legit sites if the IMEI is authentic - and it is not. The Box of the Cell Phone, the Celphone's brand, the phone's specifications and the accessories were totally different from the cell phone they advertised in their shop. In addition to that, the Cell Phone isnt even functional, it freezes with basic usage and battery drains in less than an hour.

I have reported it to Shopee on that same day 06/15, sent them proofs - videos, pictures of the real cellphone and the fake I have received, the screenshots of me being ignored by the Seller, and took them 1 week to review it.

Shopee disapproved my return/refund claim on 06/20/2022, saying that they are no longer responsible and should contact the Seller - who ignores my messages. They said they do not have control when in fact the payment method I chose was ShopeePay - which allows buyers to purchase without

paying them later.

They expect me to pay for something that is a counterfeit, defective product without even giving sanction to the Seller who scammed me.

This Seller also had some bad ratings which I have only seen after purchasing their product, and I was not the only one who was scammed by the Seller.

Take note that this is not the 1st time I have bought something from shopee thinking that I was buying an authentic product and was shipped by a fake one. In the previous years, I have bought an Ipad which was advertised to be a later version when in fact it was an Ancient version.

Shopee allows such Scammers. If you check their app, the platform is swarmed with fake products and misleading ads of products. The worst

is, when the customer gets victimized, they do not extend effort to resolve the issue.

I earn that money with hard work. Same as everybody else. and I hope that no one gets victimized again just like what happened to me.

Desired outcome: Shopee should be more strict when it comes to selling fake products and thoroughly review return/refund claims.

Shopee Account banned/suspended

I'm a Malaysian currently living in Mainland china. Using shopee for 5 years and I started selling things this month. And Out of all of a sudden, they restricted my access. After all the emails and [censored] what they told me was I should use the app since I'm overseas. WHAT?! WHAT KIND OF [censored] I've top up for shopee ads and money in my shopeepay... Now i can't get my money back. shopee SUCKS

Shopee lousy services on refund

They serve the most lousy service. Buy at your own risk. I was wondering how they managed to even own a building.

What they give and what they promise is totally different. Their customer service is top-notch, giving you the most lousy-rated services you can find online.

1 word per sentence and synopsis [censored] UP!

Desired outcome: I don't even bother to reply to their lousy e-commerce website to buy from. Hope they close down soon.

Shopee A cod delivery which I did not ordered

Yesterday (June 13, 2022), my wife received an order from a JTE service provider, seller is Zarinah Forbes, Atis St. Barangay Caloocan City, Barangay 184 w/ tel. # - [protected]. The destination is under my name - Angelito Nepomuceno, tel. # [protected], address is #7 Elm St. New Marikina Subdivision San Roque Marikina City. Upon received the item was a 10 php. worth of baby wipes which my wife paid for 237 php.

It happened when I was not in our house to personally received it, so my wife did. Not knowing that I ordered for that which I did not.

My concern here is a breach of data policy on why a certain person happened to order under my name knowing my address & cell phone #. How do shopee put some controls on this to prevent this from happening again. Furthermore, I would appreciate if we could trace from the seller who made the order.

Shopee Product name wrongly translated from Indonesian to English

There is no avenue for us sellers to report software bugs. In Indonesia their support team can't understand simple solutions and there seems to be no escalation of issues between frontline support to supervisor or technical support. My product name in English has been translated to Indonesian. This is wrong. Never change a product name. For Shopee international Program it is ok to transcribe product description from Indonesian to English which is helpful and acceptable but not product name. I hope someone here can bring this issue up with the relevant authority for this a total embrassesment to the Shopee International Program.

Shopee New pin location feature

I had an issue with my address and had to add my address again, (its the SAME ADDRESS and I have been using shoppee for 2 years already) Now, they Shoppe has a new feature that lets you pin your location on the map. Ever since I did this, even if I pin it myself or let my phone location do it, I cannot checkout anything because it says shipping unsupported! And it doesn't let you save a new address without doing this. But if I choose the other old address on my file that wasn't updated with pin location, I can checkout! But that is not my address. I used that address before when I bought a gift for my inaanak and they don't live there anymore. please remove this feature or make it so all are serviceable areas naman. jusko

Shopee Restricting account

It qas on may 17 when my account got banned from shopee and the reason? Abuse of return and refund. Im shocked because I only apply return and refund when the item I get is wrong. So now my account is banned, and I had upcoming return and refund request which is already approved because I had proofs that the item was wrong. I ordered the shoes and I followed the size indicated in the seller's page, when I received it, it was wrong. I received bigger size which I cant wear because its too damn big. So I applied return and refund for that and shopee sent me an email telling me that my account is banned because I wanted tovget things for free like who would do that and with the proofs I sent am I still wanting to get the shoes for free?!?! Shopee's detecting system is trash. I requested for bank account but they dont want that.

Desired outcome: I would like to get my money back because I returned the item !!! Dont be unfair.

Shopee Blender

Hello Shopee,

I'm a shopee customer and would like to bring it to your attention about my recent case with Shopee, which is not being paid serious attention after several emails sent.

These emails are for Shopee Management Team, Shopee Dispute Team, Shopee Customer Service Team and Shopee after sales team. The problem is once the email is received from the customer, there are emails from all over the world at least from 3 to 4 agents replying with standard messages saying "Greetings from Shopee! My name is "XXXXXX", I am reaching out to you on behalf of Shopee Management Team. I understand that this was unexpected and please accept our sincere apology for the hassle with your issue" but sadly no one is calling to speak instead of just without understanding the issue, closing the case and again, emails will be flying with the same standard messages.

And following statement with "Kindly be informed that we are in the midst check this issue with the relevant team. Kindly allow 1-2 working days for further action. We would revert to you soon for the update" which never happen AT ALL.

This is the history below

1. On 14 Mar 2022 i ordered the blender and cancelled it while the refund button was still enable for shopee to customer to use.

2. Upon checking the product was still not shipped out I cancelled.

3. Sent a msg to seller telling my situation, and seller's respond was, this is under shopee's decision and not within Seller's control (Please refer pic of chat msg to Seller)

4. I called Shopee on the same day and I was informed that this is under Seller's control. So there are diffirent msg being transmitted to buyer. And in the caurse of convesation with buyer, he agree to refund but sent the parcel out.

5. Continuosly I've been checking with Shopee and seller to stop any shipment for this produc but no one took any attention to the case.

6. After sometime I was received a mail from Shopee Team (Ayuri) this is request is approve and not required to return the product which I dont need. So I did not collect the product.

7. But then it come to my realisation that we was referring to wrong product which was already settle in Feb. Which is not my problem for her mistake.

8. I did not pick my parcel after Ayuri's mail but I was forced to accept the product for Shopee's mistake.

9. The issue that Ayuri was talking was already closed in Feb and there is no reason for me to asked for that issue.

10. Now I dont have the product and I Shopee is ignoring.

11. To confuse further, there was few emails came fyling telling the request is approve, reject, being process, will be refunded from different shopee agent.

12. Suddenly I received a call from Bryan (Shopee Management Team) saying he will look in the matter and I will have some positive answer to it.

13. Again after speking to him, I keep receiving the same msgs thru email that its reject, approve and in process, we will get back in 2-3 working days.

14. I called shopee to explain but no one is capable of understanding the issue and refusing the escalate to higher management and Shopee started ignoring all my emails to explain and escalation is not happening.

15. Last email from Shopee said my request cannot be processed and the one approved one was for Feb issue and do my request for refund is rejected

Shopee Shopee is scam

There is a shopee "agent" that will directly contact you thru Whatsapp. They will first catch your interest by having a commision on a said orders but sooner or later they will asked for a recharge in order to complete the orders. But eventhough you completed the all the number of orders, they will manipulate your account to do another purchase for you to not be able to withdraw your money. This needs to be investigated because a lot of people became a victim.

Shopee Shopee mall 100% authenticity guarantee is a scam

❌ SHOPEE MALL IS A SCAM AND SELLS COUNTERFEIT GOODS, DO NOT BUY FROM SHOPEE MALL ❌

• Placed a large order of $1,100.00 SGD worth of supposedly AUTHENTIC Rebecca Minkoff 100% genuine leather bags from a VERIFIED SHOPEE MALL SELLER "Mia Maia Luxury Fashion Shop"

• Received counterfeits and verified this by bringing the bags to the flagship store, checking with the staff and physically comparing the authentic goods to the counterfeit goods I received.

• DOCUMENTED ALL EVIDENCE and provided the obviously telling proof that the bags are counterfeit including but not limited to:

1. Bags arrived with "YKK" zippers when Rebecca Minkoff bags come with their signature zipper. 😂

2. Differences in the brand’s signature hardware logo.

3. Bags were either fully unlined or lined with plain black lining, authentic ones come lined with Rebecca Minkoff’s signature lining.

4. Missing compartments, eg. authentic website states bag should come with 5 card slots, bag only came with 2. Undo the front clasp of a bag to find an entire zipper compartment to be non-existent and missing.

5. Authentic bags come with inner lining branded sewn-in label declaring the bag’s material composition, genuine leather, and import declaration with branding. The bags I received came with OEM "Made in Italy" / "Made in Bosnia" label. Seller listing states Made in China. Seller doesn’t even know where his own goods come from. 🤡

6. The signature chain straps I own of the genuine bags weigh 260g, while the ones sent to me by the seller are half of that, empty and hollow.

7. White bag I purchased came yellowing from cheap glue underneath the "leather"

8. One bag couldn’t even survive the shipment and had the under flap of the bag detached

Shopee’s response: ruled in favor of seller, released my payment to seller, denied my return / refund, denied liability, refused to honor their guarantee and simply decided the outcome of the "investigation" based on seller’s ability to produce easily manipulated digital documents "proving" seller transacted with the brand directly once, hence all goods sold are deemed genuine. Rebecca Minkoff does not have authorized resellers besides Lazada where they have their e-flagship store. Now I know why they choose Lazada over Shopee, bless them.

I asked the following questions but Shopee’s motto & vision is: If you can’t convince them, confuse them 🤡

How did Shopee determine that the goods detailed in this "invoice" matches what was delivered to me?

It is that simple to get away with fraud on Shopee! Attain a legitimate invoice once, or if you have basic editing skills just create one yourself. Then you can sell as many counterfeit goods as you like and simply produce this as proof whenever because the logic applied by Shopee is if the seller is able to produce a digital document stating there was a transaction with the brand before, ALL bags sold by the seller are deemed authentic hence #shopeemallguaranteed! 🤡

Evidence provided by buyer of physical goods received, no matter how compelling is not taken into consideration because seller has digital document to prove, while I only have… erm, the actual counterfeit goods. 😂

Many other buyers experience the same. THE 100% AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE IS FAKE. The real fraud is Shopee, who works with fraudsters to enable them to continue victimizing innocent people. DO NOT BUY FROM SHOPEE MALL, they will not honor their guarantee and it’s just for show to appear risk-free. They will pretend to do due diligence of asking the seller for proof of authenticity and seller just needs to whip open Microsoft Word real quick and BAM your money is released to the seller, your case will be closed against all reason logic or evidence you provide in an attempt to shed accountability for their 2x money back guarantee, especially when you can prove the item is unauthentic.

I had 5 orders, and the best part is when I first reported and raised a refund request for counterfeit they replied, acknowledging my claim saying they reviewed my evidence and have deemed it valid, further going on to say I don’t need to return the goods and they will refund me. Then they send another message awhile later saying to disregard what was said. 🤡 I screen and video recorded all. #mothershipSG #MustShareNewsSG

After that, they pretended to review my other 4 cases and ruled in favor of seller for 4 out of 5 orders for the SAME products from the SAME seller, but cannot escape that 1 order where they previously acknowledged it was counterfeit. So they approve the return and refund for 1 out of 5 orders. Miraculously they can guarantee 4 out of 5 orders of the same product from same seller is 100% authentic. #okcan

Seller might as well have shipped me rubber ducks and saved himself the trouble of producing counterfeits, he got the all-mighty documents and that’s literally all Shopee needs to determine and guarantee the #authenticity of the items you buy from Shopee Mall.

Shopee Unprofessional Courier and Delivery

Courier tagged my parcel as delivery failed even they did not attempt to deliver it. The next day They sent me a text message that they're going to attep delivery within the day. I waited from morning until 5:00PM but nody came. I called the assigned Courier and just making excuses that really doesn't make sense. Courier should deliver the parcel at the convenience of the customer, not at their own convenience!

Desired outcome: Deliver my parcel and refund the shipping fee.

Shopee 15 days return policy

The customer service team are incompetent, ineffective, useless, lazy [censored]. Couldn't even resolve a simple issue for 4 weeks. No one bother to reply my emails or enquires. When i started live chat hoping to follow up on my enquiry & unreplied email, it's always different agents. And all 5 live chat agents is unable to assist me nor are they able to make the in-charge reply me on time. All they can say is i will revert to the relevant team to reply but 3 weeks still no updates. Empty promises.

Now after 4 weeks of delaying replies and they have the audacity to tell me it's too late to process refund because of deadline is over when they are the one who intentionally delay all my requests and questions for that long. A whole team of customer service officers trying to screw me up. And expect me to give up. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life.
