June 30 2023, I ordered at Kimstore a Tecno Camon 20 Pro 5G, there's no movement with the shipment, on July 3 2023 I sent a message to the seller asking for an update about my order, they just said sorry because the item is out of stock, for 3days they've just told me that it was out of stock, then I got through CS chat about the issue with kimstore and right after that kimstore cancelled my order stating I was the one issued the cancellation wherein I told the CS chat agent that I will give them a chance to ship it out until July 5, I told kimstore before that I don't need their apology because they keep on saying sorry and apology for what happened whereas what I want is an action about it, but instead they cancelled my order, refunded my spay later and for my disappointment I reported them, then right after that same day of July 4 2023, I can't make any transaction, I can't proceed with check out as I keep on getting F00 Error, I forwarded the issue with the CS agent and provided a screenshot and was advised that it might be the voucher or I have a multiple account or multiple device, again, the issue started when I'm on a mobile phone I was able to make a purchased to kimstore and other orders before the kimstore issue, so I followed the CS advised that it might be the voucher o while on chat I did tried to minimize the chat and go through the ordering process but this time no vouchers are used it's just a plain order transaction withouth anything else, still was not able to proceed with check out. The CS agent firmly stated that it was a multiple account or a voucher wherein I already provided them with screenshot that there's no voucher being used but still I'm getting the F00 issue, I only happen to use my laptop just this day of July 5 2023 just to isolate the issue that it might be my device whos having an issue with the app, but to no avail, it's also happening with the desktop version. from here I'm very frustrated for the action taken by the store and the CS agents who keeps on saying that it was a voucher or a multiple account. Take note, issue started when I was on my phone it is in the latter that I tried to use my laptop and they don't get it I don't know what language do I have to use for them to understand that the issue happened when I was on a 1 device a cellphone no multiple account and it happened after the issue with kimstore, Now I don't know what to do anymore, it looks like it was my fault to use a voucher that can be use without error and a multiple account or device which I do not have. I feels like I'm the one causing all this problem where I'm only buying a gift for my son that supposed to be given on July 8 but now everything is ruined because for cancellation of kimstore who let me waited 3 days and waited for my message before they updating me that the item is out of stock and out of nowhere cancelled it and putting on the blame finger on me that I was the one who request for the cancellation. This is so frustrating beyond comprehension, hassle free shopping turned into a very frustrating and disappointing moment in my life. Hello guys, Just wait 8 days after the cancellation date. For example cancellation date is July 19 2023 - July 27 2023. Hope it helps. Thankyou

Same error from same store! I tried to purchase an item from KimStore, it was cancelled and now I am getting exact error message as you are.

Hello! I am also having the same problem. I chat with a Shopee agent but all they just told me is to wait for 24 to 48 hours to fix the issue. It is very frustrating as I badly needed some items to checkout. I tried searching for solutions unfortunately I haven't seen anyone reporting this problem besides the 2 of you. So hopefully this website will be up in search rank so people will be informed and to submit more complains regarding this problem.
