Sheetz review: very long order

As I'm typing this, I have been waiting for a half hour for my order and am STILL WAITING! I asked and your employees have said "there's only 2 of us so chill" THERE IS NOBODY HERE! I have provided a picture of my receipt for a refund because the staff was disrespectful and "felt overwhelmed" and for "made to order" I didn't know it took 30 mins for one order with nobody else around us.
