This morning, March 23,2022 I went to my local Sheetz (St. Rt. 14 in Ravenna, Ohio 44266) for one of my favorites - the mini hashbrowns. Yet again, they were frozen in the middle. This is the 3rd time in the last 5 days. The Manager, Ashlea is always smiling and super nice about it. Kim, in the kitchen gets me another order made and does them a little longer to ensure they are cooked thoroughly... again. My question is how is the setting they are told to use when preparing these a proper one, when they are always frozen in the middle. They are hash browns, not mashed potatoes. Can't this be changed, so that we don't have to keep coming back to get a other order made for us, and so that there is not so many orders being wasted? I am a loyal SHEETZ customer and don't understand this. Please get back to me, I would like to know what will be done to change this issue. Thank you!
