Sheetz review: state issued id denied

I went to this location multiple times and a few times they keep denying a state Issued Photo ID. It is a Security Guard ID. Ohio Revised Code sets the standard for these licenses and issues them. I don't understand why most keep denying them. All IDs from Ohio for this type have the following: a photo of the individual, full name, date of birth, height, weight, hair color, eye color, issue date, expiration date, state registration number, company, and any firearm endorsements. Thank you for any assistance. If they don't know about state Issued IDs, military IDs or federal IDs, they should be informed so fradulate IDs are not used. But to deny a state Issued photo ID should not happen when thry ask for it to provided.
