Sheetz review: customer service

I am a loyal customer of sheetz, I was at sheetz on springs road NC and the customer service was terrible, very unprofessional, rude rolled their eyes at me, do I have chosen not to go back, I just can't believe my experience.. I had to get the manager, (something I hate to have to do) but the cashier was so rude I just couldn't believe it because I go there 3, 4, 5 times a week
