Sheetz review: product/service

Food was incorrect after waiting over 15 minutes and was cold and the same thing occurred yesterday. Called store and they questioned about the receipt, order number, and time before even offering any sort of refund or replacement. Gentleman on phone had an attitude and felt like he didn't believe that the food had been made incorrectly. I feel as if I had not saved the reciept it would've never got corrected.
