Sheetz review: Order of fried pickles

I went to the drive thru at my local Sheetz last night and ordered a cup of fried pickles. When I got home I realized that in the bag there were 2 ranch cups and 5 loose partially fried pickles. There wasn't a cup.
I go to this location all of the time so I'm sure it was an accident but I didn't receive the product I ordered. I didn't ask for a receipt but I did use my Sheetz card when I bought it. If I'm needed to prove my purchase.

Desired outcome: A refund or maybe a voucher for a cup of fried pickles
