Ordered using the Sheetz app. Arrive at the drive thru after someone that just ordered on the outside touch screen menu. We waited for about 10 minutes at least behind this person. When we get to the window the employee says I thought that was your order here ready and waiting. Why was the car in front of us not pulled to the side so the next person could be taken care of? Too many times I come through the drive through and the wait times are ridiculous. Any other restaurant if there is a wait you get moved to the side and the next person is taken care of. This needs to be addressed and employees need to start going the extra mile and moving vehicles when they know the wait is long and the next person food is ready and sitting and getting cold.
Desired outcome: Address the issue and make employees aware.
