Sheetz review: No service

I work 3rd shift. Around 2:10 am I went to the drive-thru to purchase something during my lunch hour. At the time there were 2 other vehicles in front of me in the drive-thru line. It didn't take long for them to service those 2 cars. When I finally drove up to the window, I saw an assistant manager and an employee over at the register talking. It seemed important, so I patiently waited while they spoke. After a few moments, they both walked to the back area. I sat at the window for almost 15 minutes, and no one ever came back. I knocked on the window several times and got no response. As far as I could see from the window, I witnessed someone setting something down onto the counter where the MTO stuff is made. Thinking someone was coming soon, I knocked on the window again. No one ever showed up. I wasted 30 mins of my strict 1-hr lunch break for nothing. I'm glad I didn't order any food and pay ahead of time or this would be even MORE infuriating. It will be awhile before I go to Sheetz again.
