Me and my friend went to sheetz friday night, February 26 around 2:30 am
We placed orders in the app. Well we waited 2 hours in the drive thru!
We couldn’t get out of it due to how it’s set up, and then when we got our food, it was after 4 am
And it was messed up! It was time stamped for 3 am which meant it sat for hours!
They weren’t even busy inside
It’s like they just neglect drive thru
Desired outcome: I’d like it made right, either by refund or store credit
