I purchased two Sheetz coffee drinks this week from this location. Normally, the food and coffee is great, but not this time. I waited over 15 minutes, both times, for a coffee before I had to say something, and not one employee asked me if I needed anything or if I was alright. This is unacceptable customer service. My wife can make a frozen coffee faster than this, and when I got there, they weren't even busy. As the cashier scans my receipt with his eyes, he asks me if I went through the drive through. Then, he glares at the paper like he is scared to tell his co-workers I've been waiting. The girl handing out the food picks up a drink and asks, this one? They put the drink on the back table and make a new one in like 2 minutes. If it takes 2 minutes to make one, why in the world am I waiting for 20 minutes? By the way, it was 20 minutes by the time the cashier mustered up the courage to tell the co-workers to make me a new one. Next time, I'll just ask for a refund, because my time is worth more than sitting around for 20 minutes waiting for a damn coffee. To top that off, I get an apology where the guy doesn't even look me in the eye, because he knows he's shortchanged me with a 3/4 cup full for just shy of five dollars.
