Sheetz review: greendot card

On 11-29-19/11-30-19(since it was in the early morning hours. like 1am)I was at the sheetz listed above. I purchased a greendot card and then proceeded to load $400 into it. The cashier did not seem like he knew what he was doing at all he had to call someone over to help him which was fine. (He was young had dark hair cut into a style that is like a mullet)They fumbled for a few minutes and told me my transaction was done. They did not scan the card packaging at any point. After that I tried to access my account so I could send money to someone. All for this money to never show up. Turns out someone had taken cards from two different packages and switched them around because the numbers do not match up. When confronted with this issue the manager in dusty Miss Ross said she called the greendot supervisor and they instructed her to let me know to call their company to fix this issue. The problem with that is the number she gave me that she said she called wasn't even open at that point in time. So there was no way she even spoke to someone. So either someone has the card i should've gotten and now has my money in it or they did something while they were trying to load it and my $400 ended up who knows where. It was an emergency why I needed to send that money as well. So this issue isn't anywhere near being resolved. I am out $400 and the people I was tk send the money to we're stranded for hours no money, no car, no place to stay because they were hours out of time. It took them until the next day to find money tk be able to get a rental car to make it home. It shouldn't be hard to track the money if someone actually tried. After I submit this complaint I will be submitting one with greendot as well. I hope this can be resolved smoothly and quickly. Thank you for your time.
