Sheetz review: drive thru wait time is very excessive

We were in line at the drive they for 45 minutes tonight for a Kona Mocha. There were two cars in front of us. I do not know what the issue was with the first car but the next car in front of us took 15 minutes and finally decided to leave with no transaction. When we got to the drive they our Mocha was ready and we were they in two minutes. 9:35Pm start and 10:23PM leaving with really only one car in front of us since the next guy ended up giving up.
