Sheetz review: Condition of facility

I used to go frequently go to the Sheetz in Willoughby, Ohio off SOM Center rd. On Sunday, September 15, 2023 was the last straw for me not saying something. It is filthy inside and outside. The inside coffee refreshment area is always dirty, sticky, products spilled on counters. When you walk on the floors in that area you stick to the floor and make sticky sounds with your shoes. We just wanted a cup of hot chocolate and at 8:00 AM it was not made. The dispenser was empty. I would think early in the morning all the machines should be fresh and filled up. Now, lets talk about the parking lot around the store. The parking lot was polluted with litter. When I say polluted, I mean polluted. Papers and junk everywhere around the store on the ground. This is terrible. This store is only 2-3 years old. We watched it being built. We were excited to have a place like this near our home. It is really really filthy. Who is managing this place? The average home price in this area is probably 500-600K. This is not a junky neighborhood. We travel a lot. We always go into these types of places because they are traditionally very clean and nice and display product nice. Whoever is managing this place is turning it into a DUMP! You need to send district manager to this place. He or She needs to straighten this place up and make the manager accountable or find another one. I was actually telling my boyfriend how awful and dirty the counter was. A person working there must have overheard me. Instead of being professional and saying something like "I am sorry, I have just been busy" He walked over to me and yelled at me for saying that to my boyfreind.. This actually happened 3 weeks before this September 15, 2023 event. These are not sporadic events. Its dirty daily and it needs to be addressed. We honestly could not believe all the trash on the ground around the building just laying on the pavement. I should have taken a photo, but I didn't. Please send someone out to address these issues. It's a shame to see a 3 year old building get trashed like this. I will include a few local reviews in the photos section that will confirm my issues. Maybe the problem is the District Manager. It sounds like there are a lot of problems there. This is not an inner city establishment. This establishment is in an upscale neighborhood. Please fix this problem with this place.
