Sheetz review: Coffee/sandwich

I recently went to the location on Glenn Center Dr and got a frozen latte. It was so nasty I actually went back and asked them to replace it and they did. However I should have tasted it before I left because that one was even worse than the first one. I would have at least expected it to have some flavor to it considering I paid to get extra. I did not go back this time and just let it be. However today I went back there and ordered a half sub. The roll was split in half so as soon as I tried to pick it up stuff was falling out of it. Ok, I figured I'd just have to hold it tighter. I went to grab rest and the one whole side of the bun was so hard I could not even bite into it. There is no way whoever made this could not have known it was like this, and there was no reason I should have been given that. Not sure what is going on at this location but they seriously need to get their act together. I know things are tough everywhere but if I am willing to spend my money at your establishment I at least expect to get items I can eat and drink.
