So I stopped at this store to buy gas and cigarettes, and I told the cashier I wanted CAMEL FILTERS, and was looking outside to see which gas pump I was on when he rung the cigarettes up and threw them in my bag. When I got out to my vehicle, I realized he has given me CAMEL MENTHOL SILVERS. When I walked literally directly back inside to tell him he gave me the wrong kind of camel cigarettes, he states that since I left the store, I had to pay for a whole new pack even though he put the wrong kind in my bag. Maybe if you have that sort of policy, you shouldn't let cashiers put tobacco products in a bag just in case the customer didn't happen to see what exactly was being put in their bag. I'm a working class citizen and cigarettes aren't cheap. I don't even smoke menthols and in fact the word never even came out of my mouth ? This ruined my morning. All because some kid couldn't listen or clarify an order request and I didn't look inside my bag before walking out of the store.
Desired outcome: Please refund me for the pack of Camel Menthol Silvers that I paid for under the pretense and assumption that I was getting CAMEL FILTERS.
