Sheetz review: Burnt coffee and cold food

Stopped at the Sheetz in Kane PA on Saturday morning 5/2. Got burnt coffee full of grounds.
Stopped again at 7pm Saturday 5/2 ordered two chicken sandwiches and curly fries. Had to wait 30 minutes and the food was cold. There was a huge line of people and the staff were not hurrying at all.
Very disappointed this is the closest Sheetz to me and the worst one I've ever been in.
