Sheetz review: Breakfast platter

I used to work at sheetz. 4 yrs ago and we took pride in our service and getting our food out in a timely manner when I worked the drive thru.. I don't know what has changed since I stopped working there but its just terrible. I stop every morning at least 3 days a week and get my breakfast on the way to work around 5 30 -545 am and I can never get anyone to answer me when I call out for help or to tell them about my order adjustment.. I pull around to the window, and not one person has a head set on and I have to knock on the window to get their attention to tell them. About my special order b4 they start on it.. And then after I finally do.. It takes up to 10 -15 mins to receive my order.. Which in some cases has made me late for work.. I l know from working their that from time of order till out the window should take no longer than 3 to 6 mins depending on your order.. So waiting for that long at that time of the morning with hardly no one in the store is uncalled for.. Please tell your employee s to please have at least 2 people wearing a head set to address my order so it doesn't have to be remade and im late for work... And to pick up the pace. It is taken entirely to long to get one small item from kitchen to window. Store at massaponax church rd and rt 1 in fred v a... Thanks brenda payne
