I filled out a application at sheetz gas station and I interviewed on December 27th 2022 at 9:30am with a manager named Alexus... That was on a Tuesday... She told me interview went very very well and she had to go over it with the other managers and would call me Friday, December 30th with any news...Now, during the interview I told her why my teeth were messed up due to medicine I had to take for cancer 6 or 7 yrs prior.. The medicine completely ruined my teeth...So she calls me on Thursday December,29th,2022 and told me she had good news and bad news.. She said I was hired and she wanted me for the job but I had to get something from my doctor saying that medicine I had to take messed up my teeth so conveniently I was actually at my doctor's office at the time of the call...I got the fax number and email address to send her the fax... And then I went over what was going on with my doctor because it left me in tears and I felt bullied and I felt like I wasn't worthy enough to work for the sheetz company..I provided the needed paper from my doctor explaining what happened to my teeth and my doctor was really mad and just could not believe that a company like sheetz denies people employment because of their teeth and not because of not being qualified... You never know someone's mental state... They could harm theirselves due to being put down like this...I am speechless on how I was treated and I'm calling 6 on your side and my lawyer already knows what's going on...If they didn't want me for the position because of my teeth they could've just told me that they went with another candidate...I don't believe it was the Manger Alexus fault..But I really am not sure...I felt like any confidence I had in myself was just completely ripped from me and I think it's bullying...I love sheetz gas stations and I never ever thought that I would be treated as a drug addict that just did way to much meth in her day...I don't do drugs and I never will...I don't have a good insurance and that's why I haven't got them fixed yet and the lady even said that I could get sheetz dental health and get them fixed like that...I'm am very very very offended by your company and this needs to be addressed...My lawyer wants to take it to court for discrimination and time and suffering and being bias...I am a awesome person and I work hard...I love meeting and talking with new people and I have an awesome personality...I want to file this complaint and also I want you to know that I'm a mother and I also have bills to pay just like u do... What if you were treated like this... What if you were told that your interview went well but your teeth were to ugly to work there... And I sing care about your smile policy...THERE ISN'T ONE CUSTOMER THAT WOULD WALK OUT OF GETTING GAS OR DRINKS OR FOOD DUE TO SOMEONE TEETH BEING MESSED UP...HOW ABSURD IS THAT? I received an email for .60 off /gallon for each $25 gift card purchase. Offer was stackable for gift cards from different categories. I responded to the email "buy Gift cards" link and purchased two gift cards in different categories, using my registered email address [protected]@comcast.net. I never received my $1.20 off per gallon on my card. I have attached the email offer as well as the confirmation showing the order number of my two gift cards and the $50 total for 2 gift cards, in different categories.

it’s 12/27/22 and i went and ordered some food , moterella sticks , 2 boom boom mac , chicken tossed with garlic , and once again the person making the food at this time , threw whole entire patty’s of chicken in the mac , and it’s disappointing, my order number is 853 , i’ve took pictures of everything i’m gonna say something next time i go there , becuz it’s kinda ridiculous that this has happened about 3 times and it’s the same employee that does it every time , every time , i wasn’t able to catch his name i’m not even sure if he had a name tag , he doesn’t even say anything when he hands me my food witch i think is kinda rude a little bit when it comes to service .

I came into the south Bloomfield store on 12/24/22 at approximately 8:45pm to pick up two chicken platters. One homestyle one strips. I got home and opened the boxes and was absolutely appalled at what I saw. Both "platters"contained their respective sides but the chicken in both boxes was chopped up like it was being served to a toddler. There definitely was not anywhere near the amount of chicken in either of them. I do feel that they did this to make it "appear" there was a decent amount in there. I do have pictures as well.

sheetz at bedford near the entrance of turnpike...slammed again today...just packed with customers...the food people cranked out the food as fast as they could go but always wear proper sanitary gloves...never rude ...customer service is not lost as in some companies...the managers...and supervisors who also lead from the front...ie in the trenches unlike some companies...u can tell they train their cashiers and people to maintain customer service being lost in many businesses today...all the staff has strong work ethic..never complaining or whining...and alwasy pleasant as they should be with customers...not easy with the place being swamped...and it was...swamped

job well done...again... proof under pressure...time and again...and leadership never screaming or uelling...good place id send my students friend or people looking for work and good bosses...

Every time I order the boom chica mac, they never cut up my chicken, or my boyfriends, it’s just annoying that every time I get it it’s never cut up the right way this time he got a full patty just thrown in there, it does take quite awhile waiting for my food as well but yeah it was 12/22/22 at like 4am, not many people there not much cars was there so I don’t understand why they didn’t take their time, I ask for my chicken to be cut up but still get it barley cut up, and my boyfriend got a made to order sandwich and they forgot his cheese on it, there’s been a couple times where they have forgotten a couple things, and oh they are out of fried oreos and that sucks a lot.

I ordered a mto hot dog. I asked for ketchup on it and I did not get ketchup I just got the hotdog. I also got fries and ordered them with ketchup. I don’t usually complain about things and it’s not a big deal but I just wanted to reach out because it’s such a simple fix and wanted someone aware so that whoever prepares meals can be more cognizant when preparing orders. My receipt for my order did not say anything other than 1 mto hotdog and the 1 fryz with 2 ketchup. Thank you. Take care!

As a catholic I am offended by a recent commercial on Hulu portraying a catholic priest in a disrespectful manner. I felt the ad encourages misconceptions and negative imagery relating to my faith. Sin is not something to make fun by disrespecting catholic clergy. I wonder if they would have done the same commercial with a recognized protected class. This is a form of religious persecution and shouldn’t be permitted.

12/13/22. Lunchtime.

First I’d like to say I work at Sheetz and personally know how hard it can be during lunch rushes and being short staffed. However, when I ordered a burrito that day it wasn’t too busy and they had at least 5 or 6 girls in MTO making food and two ladies at register, which should make for better accuracy and quality.

I ordered a burrito and when I got it the tortilla shell was completely slit down the back from folding it to hard. Not a super big deal so I ate it with a fork then I proceeded to find small pieces of blond hair in this burrito. From my experience working at Sheetz I’ve never given a burrito out with a broken tortilla, I always replace it if it’s broke. Not to mention I’m usually a person that if I find one hair no big deal I pick it out and continue, but 4 hairs throughout this burrito was more than enough for me to throw the whole thing away.

It's amazing that a company the size of sheetz has such poor air pumps. This is not just at random sites but every sheetz. 90% they either don't work or let more air out of your tires than goes in. These air pumps are very undependable! I do believe that with the high volume of business that sheetz has this could and should be maintained and up dated.

Since this store opened, the local community has noticed what a complete [censored] show this particular store has become. The trash in the parking lots / gas pumps / and floor inside is second to none. This place is an embarrassment. Obviously the Sheetz Corporation does not care. How do i know?...because after witnessing obvious drug deals by employees for over 6 weeks, local law enforcement stated that Sheetz does all their own security monitoring from their home state. I stop in there literally every morning aprox. around 6.15am to grab a coffee. I have personally watched (for over 5 weeks) a group of 4 men and a certain employee conduct "business" over the counter. It actually became a game of sorts with me just to find out the exact scam and how they pulled it off...and quite honestly, I did figure it out. Oh well...crime wins again.

I'm sure some poor soul, trying to work their way up the corporate ladder in Pennsylvania will be given the task of "investigating" this (if its even read) to only kiss upper managements [censored] and say everything is fine.

THAT is why I'll do everything in my power, starting today, to get my co-employees to stop patronizing Sheetz 8283. (There are over 400 employees 3 miles away that use this store daily)

My vehicle was damaged while getting a wash at the Sheetz in Kernersville, NC.

I sent a form to the Sheetz office and have not heard back.

I do not appreciate this type of service.

My rear wiper arm assembly was torn off by the brushes and the front passenger side wiper assembly was broken.

I contacted Sheetz, with no response.

On November 30, 2022, at approximately 9:15 pm, at the Spring Mills Sheetz, I purchased four dogs. Imagine my surprise when I opened the one set and seen almost half of my bun missing. This is a constant issue with the Sheetz around Martinsburg WV. I ordered hot dogs last week from the Martinsburg Sheetz on Edwin Miller Blvd, and the buns were hard. I can’t make this up. I’m not looking for free food. I simply want the stores to be held accountable for sending out food that is not up to par. There is no pride at all.

Many sheetz customers have a bad habit. I do not know if anyone has complained however here is my suggestion.

Sheetz is worth about 7 billion a year and reviewing the complaints I would agree that most customers are generally satisfied.

I don't think many people would be concerned enough not to use your services if you did something that many are not considerate enough to do.

Establish the process of not allowing customers using outside amenities if they are going inside. There are exceptions like seeing the cashier before pumping however most people I see just pull up, fill up and the lock the car and walk inside. They take as long as is convenient for them and then wander outside to move the vehicle.

It is time for sheetz to take the bull by its horns and say if you are not polite enough to move your car then we don't need your business. You can just make it inconvenient to do this by having cashiers and services just for those that won't move their car!

I use sheetz all the time for my truck and my personal vehicles and I am tired of the lack of consideration I see in people. Some will do it because others do it and others are just plain losty in their own world. If people didn't need a reminder there are examples all over the world of signs that warn people to wake up!

Make a stand and then enforce it. I will wait and see.
