Sharaf DG — sold used product, then defective one
This is by far the worst place to buy electronics. I bought a Siemens cordless phone but when i came home and opened the pack, there was a service slip by an old customer who was also sold this defected product. Upon complaining, i was told to return it at nearest branch. When i visited the nearest branch, customer service individual refused to take the product back and advised to go back to the branch where i bought it. I told them i will complain to the consumer court. Upon which, they accepted the product and told me that they will call me in 3 days with a replacement. I got a call after a week and i was yet again sold a defected product. To my surprise and disappointment, i again visited the branch and returned the product and they told me i will get a call in 2 days with either a replacement or a refund. Its been one months and numerous calls but Sharaf DG customer care is not bothered about taking or returning calls.
First, they cheat customers by selling refurbished and used products in original packing.
Second, they have made a joke out of customers by being unethical and unresponsive.
