Sharaf DG Complaint regarding purchase from your store

I brought an iphone from your store branch in burjuman centre.

I brought iphone 13pro 256 .

Price in store is 4479 , i agree this price and i pay with credit card but they add 461 aed extra for extended warranty without my permission total 4940 debited from my credit card,After i asked him about this they tell sharfdg only sell iphone with extended warranty

What is this ? I trust sharf dg thats why i purchase from srafdg but they cheatme.

Please find attached bill for your information. I don't want extended warranty any more please refund my money

Sharaf DG Order cancellation refund issue

Dear sharf DG,

Good day

Please be informed you that so many times through call I registered a complaint regarding refund issue, on March 19,2022 I ordered an one plus 9 phone (order No#W3932771-A) from you online platform and the same time the order has been successful and the money has been withdrawn from my account and the after that I received a message that your order has been canceled due to out of stock and your money will refund with in 7 to 14 days but still I didn’t receive my money ans it’s almost one month and still didn’t get a resolution on this case

Sharaf DG Unpaid salary and Incentives

Ramathan kareem!

I remember visiting this company Promoters Paradise Events and Exhibitions whom I worked for on part time in Sharaf DG Megamall and suprise came when I finished the 3 months them, salaries delayed up to 26 days and finally refused to pay the last month.

How unethical can the management be, and when authorities followed up on them they claimed to pay with no evidence. I was left to question, are these outsourcing companies having qualified HR personels or its just a joke to mess with people's lives?

How can any person mess with such a sacrosanct issue?

Well, I hope the Ministry of Labour in the UAE looks into these outsourcing companies and let no one fall in the same scenario

Sharaf DG Product ordered and paid but item not deleverage’s even after 1 month

I am writing you this with great frustration and dissatisfaction as a customer due to the trouble caused by one of your staff at Sharaf DG ( Sharjah City Center Branch), Mr. Osama (Mobile: +[protected]).

Here is the brief flash back.

In the month of March 2022, I wanted to buy Apple Watch series 7, Stainless Steel (color Gold). So I visited your shop at Sharjah city Center where I met Mr. Osama (Duty Manager). Mr. Osama told me that if I place the order and pay in full the amount then the goods can be deliver to me with in 7 Day.

Further he empathized that he is 99% sure that Watch will be delivered with in 7 days but for his safety he asked me 10 days time.

Based on our mutual agreement over phone and Whatzapp and personal interaction we have agreed and proceeded with the purchase. Please find attached the receipt of payment that I have made on 13 March 2022.

After I have paid the full amount and I have waited for 10 days, but there was no feedback from Mr. Osama , instead I have to contact him several time.

Finally he replied me and told me to wait for one more week. I have patiently waited for one more week. But again after one week has passed there was no feed back, I was continuously trying to contacting him through phone calls and Whatzapp but he has ignored my calls and messages for almost 4 more days.

Finally on next week he answered me that the watch is not available and he is not sure weather it will be available or not.

I have to face some series consequences of this attitude and therefore I have some series concerns.

- if the delivery of watches was not sure, why it was committed to me.

- if the Watch was not in stock and there was no forecast for coming week, why it was told to me that 99% it is sure that I will be receiving Watch with in 7 days .

- more over not addressing to the customer calls and messages shows some series irresponsible attitude towards customer and towards commitment with customers.

I hope I have clarified my points and I need immediate action to resolve this matter on urgent basis and to put held responsible those people who were involved in this delay and mis commitment with customer.

It has been now almost one month and I have not received the goods and my amount of 12796 AED is stuck for almost one month with Sharaf DG.

Please note in any case, I will not be accepting Sharaf DG refund voucher as I have addressed this to Mr. Osama before the purchase.

A full cash refund is requested on immediate basis, or otherwise please deliver me the watches as per the invoice.

No other mode of payment is acceptable.

Moreover I will need confirmation that Sharaf DG has taken series action against the staff who are involved in this mis commitment.

Looking forward for your prompt response.

Sharaf DG Order Delivery Delay - Bad Customer Service

We purchased items on the 18th January 2022 worth more than AED 100k in total. Some items are still pending for delivery up to date (31st March). We were hoping to get a timely update on the process of the delivery. Order reference # SIT0103180122042. However, when I call their customer service hotline, the initial response was that there is no pending item in their system.

So we tried to raise another complaint again. On 16th March, [protected]@sharafdg.com sent us an email stating that the request has been forwarded to the concerned team who will revert with the status. However, we received no other update nor calls from them.

The pending items are the following:

MacBook Pro 16 inch M1 chip

Sony Battery.

Desired outcome: We would like to get a refund and compensation for the delay as it has affected our work and this is such a bad customer service experience

Horrible service horrible team and they sell you an extended warranty worth zero , they promise you a replacement if hardware issue happened but they don't do it, wont ever buy from them again

Sharaf DG Skull candy

I bought skull candy earpods from sharf DG Dubai mall MR Mohamad yeir cash said it's not necessary the box &bill for replacement if any issues with the product just the mobile number is enough for clearance but now my ear pods left side is not working and the right one is working I went customer happiness centre and asked for 7days replacement but they were refused but of the box they were asking for the cover box they were sending it to the customer care center

Sharaf DG Not honoring Order with Substandard bussiness Practices

We placed an online order for AED 7712. Initially, the order was acknowledged and accepted. Some time later, the order was rejected with an email informing us of a refund for AED 7699 (AED 13 less than the previously charged amount) and the reason given being: "others". We contacted the customer call center and the Sharaf DG's representative informed us that the refund could take upo to 10 business days.

Summarizing:

1. Sharaf DG accepts and confirms an order only to reject it shortly afterwards.

2. Sharaf DG communicates that the amount to be refunded will be less than the amount charged.

3. Sharaf DG holds the customer's money up to 10 business days, so the customer cannot purchase the intended item elsewhere.

4. Sharaf DG is unclear regarding the reason behind the cancellation utilizing the word "others"

Overall, conducting business with Sharaf DG was a poor experience derived from a combination of substandard business practices, lack of empathy and accurate communication and above all a complete disregard for honoring their own policies.

Desired outcome: Get our money back ASAP

Sharaf DG Service. Washing machine not delivered

Placed online order on 4th March. Till date 9th March, machine has not yet been delivered. Called the call center several times. Also sent emails, no proper reply. Nobody calls back to update the status. I had to ultimately place a request to cancel my order. Money was instantly debited from account but now I was told it will take about 7 days to get the refund back.

Desired outcome: Atleast call and let me know the status

Sharaf DG Worse online experience

How come you are working with this store?

Ftml_2007 this one!

Worst store ever! Never order anything from here! I ordered a new mobile phone, money was withdrawn, but the order was canceled because it was out of stock. Money will be returned in 7-14 days! I am from Ukraine, my country is at war, and I need a phone to communicate normally with my relatives, who are now in a bomb shelter! And I have no phone, no money! Do you think this is normal?

And he mention he has another colour same model mobile but even did not call me and ask if it's fine?

Any case, people put a cover to new mobile. So unprofessional!

Sharaf DG Refund not received

I had cancelled my order an iphone 12pro 128gb on 21 January, I got and email that order cancellation confirmed and you will get an confirmation of refund initiate, on 24 January I got an email that we are pleased to inform you that the refund for order W3880641-B is in progress, you should soon receive a credit on your payment card, and after 48 hrs I called customer service they told me to wait more 7 days and it's been more than 17 days I haven't received my refund, a lot of times i had an conversation with customer service team always they gave same response that you we registered an complain and arranged callback for you, till now nobody called me, now it's up to my neck I cannot wait more than that, I want my money back,please take positive action asap.

Desired outcome: I want my refund within 24 hrs, I can't wait more, it's a humble request please refund within 24 hrs.

Sharaf DG Fake /Wrong iphone se delivered and no refund initiated

Please note that i have ordered i phone se middleeastversion iphone se through sharaf dg online and they have delivered a us carrier locked phone which is not for use in UAE. I have raised the complaint on 20th January itself on thr same day of receiving the product and the product was collected back on 25th January 2022 after multiple follow ups and mails. And initially they informed us that the refund will be initiated with in 7 working days. Now 9 working days completed and no refund initiated and no updates till now .They are asking to wait and they are not sure when it will be refunded. They were talling they are waiting for suppliers response and they have not responded yet.

Product order Number was W3881455 A.

The supplier was not answering the call deliberately and blocking the calls. Still Sharaf dg waiting for their confirmation.

Desired outcome: Refund of my money with in today 5 February 2022

Sharaf DG jvc 65” tv after service (under warranty)

We have purchased JVC TV model no LT-65N675 4K UHD Smart LED TV black 65 inches. And there was a manufacturer fault which is a black spot (dead pixel) so we sent the TV back to be fixed on the 16th of December 2021. It’s been 1.5 month that we still haven’t received the TV back nor hear anything from Sharaf DG. We have to contact them by ourselves. Every time we called, we couldn’t get the specific answer about the solution.

We also tried to contact the JVC reseller who came and picked up the TV to fix as per Sharaf DG’s suggestion. No one could give us the information. After several calls, they finally ignored us and never answered on whatsapp.

We called again today, they said they would call me back. Nothing so far.

Desired outcome: Refund or Return the TV back.

Hello First of all PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't purchase anything from the Sharaf DG online. Because I feel very bad about my shopping through Sharaf DG app and customer service they are very bad. I had ordered an laptop and keyboard set, and I received a wrong item after 2 weeks. While I'm receiving the item, sharaf DG dispatched the wrong order.

I had very horrible experience with SharafDG and their vendor. I have raised a complaint and they didn’t do anything.

Sharaf DG Damaged tv

I ordered a TV from Sharaf DG, but the TV is damaged and now Sharaf DG is not taking the blame on them.
They do the delivery without assembly and then say that you'll check the product before accepting and signing the document.
And when asked about the warranty they say that you need to check with Samsung as its Samsung TV, we bought the TV from Sharaf DG, so they should be responsible for it.

Sharaf DG Dispatched wrong product

I placed an order for US specs online after having a chat with your staff.
But sharaf DG dispatched the wrong order Japanese specs with camera shutter sound always on. I don't want Japanese version.
Even though I was told on chat by sharaf dg person that its a US version and I paid for US version.

Sharaf DG iPhone - marketplace not genuine reseller

I bought one Iphone from Sharaf-DG market place, the official reseller was sharaf dg, after some time using Iphone it got locked out of nowhere from Vodafone carrier.

What happen is: Their market place is very dodgy. This reseller buy the phone under a certain plan type and resell online, them they report as stolen so they get a new phone, but the customer who bought the phone is the one harmed and not able to use the phone anymore. They guarantee on their website the authenticity of reseller but is jot true

Sharaf DG PS5

Order number W3845131 - after having chatted for 30min with the agent to order th Middle east version - of PS5 - opening the box on Christmas day turned out to be a Japanese version with the wrong plug and Japanese instructions - now i am being told i should have opened the package within 7 days ---- considering it's my sons present i want going to open until Christmas day - and now you are unwilling to replace it with the product we ordered - terrible policy and service

Al Wahda mall promised to deliver my unit after repair took 30days and not 14days. Customer Care promised to deliver unit as I have moved to Dubai.
I will not be using Sharaf ever again and will report bad service

Sharaf DG iPad air 4th gen

My name is Akil.
First of all don't purchase anything from the Sharaf DG online. Because I feel very bad about my shopping through Sharaf DG app.
I had ordered an ipad air 4th gen for AED 2562 via my debit card on november 30th 2021 from abudhabi, UAE. And I recieved a wrong item which is iphone 11 on Dec 6th 2021. While I'm receiving the item, the box was too small and I enquired the delivery boy and he said, you can complaint through the customer care so they will recollect the item and will do the needful. After that I did the same as he said on the sameday on the same spot (Dec 6th 2021). I have sent an email to the customer care. And I have attached the photo copies of the received iphone and invoice copy (mentioned ipad air 4).
They promised me that they will send a confirmation message and after that I will receive my money back through my debit card in 10 business days.
But today is dec12 2021. And still I didn't get any confirmation message from Sharaf DG. I had called them more than 10 times in this week. Everytime they are repeatedly saying that they didn't get the confirmation from their online team, so they couldn't make the refund.
I'm getting so irritated. Because of their carelessness. Who is the responsible for my money. When will I get my money back.

I had already send my mail and gave a complaint against this issue.

I'm so much disappointed with sharafdg.
I need my money soon.
