I signed up for a membership that would cost no more than $9.95. Instead they charged my credit card in the amount of $540. I never agreed to that.

I may have viewed a free version of LucidChart. I never purchased the product. They never emailed a verification of purchase or of free version. The only reason I realized that they had charged me was a $167 fee on PayPal. I do not believe that I purchased a product that would become a pay product. I believe that they misrepresented themselves and that if I did look at it, I immediately requested it to be canceled as it is unrelated to my field of work. They never alerted me in any way or gave me a receipt for purchase. It calls all products that offer a trial into question if they won't cancel a free trial but some many months later just slip in a purchase. I am attempted to get restitution through PayPal.
