inconvenience and disappointment caused by the delay in the delivery of your order (Order No. BH2220341). I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction and deep concern regarding the delay in delivery of my mobile phone purchase under Order No. BH220341, placed on June 7, 2025.

This order was placed based on the clear assurance from your sales team and website that the product was available and would be delivered within a couple of days. In fact, your website specifically indicated that the item was in stock at your City Center branch. Relying on this information, I completed the order with the expectation that the product would be delivered to my residence by today, as confirmed in the purchase agreement.

Unfortunately, that has not happened.

Despite being informed by your team at 1:00 PM today that I would receive a follow-up call from the delivery team, there has been no update or communication. I also contacted your online tele-support team, who were unable to provide any clarity on the delivery timeline.

This delay is not only disappointing—it has caused genuine emotional distress. The mobile phone was intended as an Eid gift for my child, who has been eagerly waiting since this morning. I hope you can understand the frustration and anxiety this has caused for both of us, especially during a festive and meaningful occasion.

Moreover, I am extremely disappointed by the misleading information on your website regarding product availability. It is unacceptable for a reputed brand like Sharaf DG to show items as “in stock” when they clearly are not. Such practices border on false advertising and significantly erode customer trust.

I urge you to take immediate and pragmatic steps to resolve this matter and ensure that the mobile phone is delivered by today, as originally promised. I also request a formal explanation as to how such a lapse occurred and what corrective actions are being taken to prevent this in the future.

Desired outcome: Immediate action to deliver the Mobile as already 9 days are elapsed since the agreed delivery date of 10th June 2025, EID Gift for my son

We understand that the delivery was eventually completed on 19/06/2025, but we fully acknowledge that the experience fell short of your expectations, and our standards.

Your concerns are absolutely valid, and we deeply regret the emotional distress this caused, especially considering the mobile phone was meant to be an Eid gift for your child. We recognize how important timely delivery was in this context, and we are truly sorry for letting you down on such a meaningful occasion.
