On July 8,2025, I called this company to set up my monthly payment which was not due until July 20th, to be processed on July 9,2025. I have done this before and have been told that this is how you keep from being charged the $3 customer representative fee. On July 16,2025, when checking my bank acct, I saw that I was charged that $3.00 fee that I was not supposed to be charged! This could have really messed up my account and I was livid! I called and spoke with a very nice supervisor and after she looked over my account, she saw that I was mistakenly charged and would request that the $3.00 be put back on my original payment method. I checked my account today, July 24 and saw that the money had not been put back on my account. I called and spoke after waiting for 10 min to another supervisor named Tiffany who works in the credit dept. She told me that the $3 had been put on my credit account and not placed back on my card. I asked her why they would put money that had been charged by mistake on my credit account and not put back on the source that it was paid from! She had no answers! This is unacceptable! I paid with my debit card and because they charged me and should not have, the source where they took the money from should have been where the refund went, not to the credit account! Tiffany was very rude and this is not a good look for the Seventh Ave company. They should strive to have more professional people working with customers and not rude supervisors who really don't care how they talk to people and if their issues are resolved or not. They really could have messed up my checking account. I made my payment to be posted early and this is the treatment that I got. I have never been late on a payment since I have been with this company! I will not ever refer Seventh Ave to anyone because of Tiffany's rude behavior. I should have asked for her supervisor! Something needs to be done. People should not be treated like this when they are faithful paying customers. She has given Seventh Ave a very bad name as far as I am concerned. This is very unfair!

Desired outcome: I want the $3.00 that was taken from my account put back on my account and not put on my credit account as they have done. I've never heard of such a thing happening.
