Got several repair guy who really didn't know just told me they would adjust water flow Then woke up to my bottom freezer of solid ice block on the bottom no real explanation on why
Then still had water and ice issues
Then it stopped working lost everything just went shopping over 1000.00 dollars at bjs they only offered me 250.00 been with out a fridge have 7 people in my home husband mixed 4 days of work have to buy meals out everyday they changed the ice compartment and fan died again then they said it was the temperature part and then ordered a computer box wish they call the mother board came again installed it and then it still didn't work so the repair man said must be COMPRESSER put that in never waited to see if it work call for repair man again he came out and said that the gave us an refurbished part that didn't work so now they want me to wait a week for a new part ?if it's new so that means 3 weeks without a fridge that cost 6grand and 5 hundred for insurance they told me three repairs and they would replace it now there saying 4 major I believe I hit 4 a long time ago so the manager from customer service offered me to rent a fridge from them oh but it's a month rental then informs me he feels bad but all these service calls and parts are only considered 1 repair so who replace my food loss the 80.00 dollars a day to feed people buying ice to keep milk juice and my husband medicine cold as he sick and there putting a lost of stress on him then tells me if this part don't work it will only be counted as three can you believe this I don't even want any of my products from sears anymore there has to be someone who can help with a replacement as its cause financial difficulty this month and the stress has been over whelming
craftsman lawn mower
I purchased a lawnmower on 6-4-2016. I put said lawnmower together today on [protected] and started it up in preperation for tomorrows cutting. Smoke and oil started coming out of the muffler and splattering all over the mower body and my driveway. I took it back to store number 01430 where I purchased it and was told they can't take it back because it has gas and oil in it. Technically oil was all over the front of it to from the issue. I then drive home and called the customer service number on the manual and they were rude and told me to take it to the store for repair. It has never seen a blade of grass. It only ran for a minute or two at most. I need my $400.00, 6 day old, never cut grass lawnmower repaced or I would like a full refund for the mower and warranty.

I purchased two tires from Sears Automotive Center in Hunt Valley. I had a catastrophic blow out on the Interstate. The tires had less than 600 miles and no punctures. I was just barely able to pull over with crashing into the guard rail. They did replace the tire but still I worry about the quality of their tires.

I have had a repair guy here, wednesday the 8th of june.. He said it was my hoses…they were put on backwards…ok he turned them around and left. I did a load and bang same thing washer reads no water…its filling up fine infact for the past 1 year! he called me back and told me to go by new hoses at the home depot! i did…well im not strong enough to even take off the old ones let alone try my $25.00 later hoses! so ragged!
so its been 4 days and now repair cant come for another 5 days!
its the pump, its not releasing the water out on the spin cycle…i am so mad….You know how to get my money and get payments but you cant friggin service this for more than 8 days. Numerous calls all day on thursday to rude and ignorant customer service people who could care less. Waited all day for him to return and then boom a call for ((((me to go out and try new hoses)))))wtf

windows installation
Sears installed windows in my house at 4318 Pawnee Trail in May 2016. According to the estimate and proposal statement I signed under description of the project under additional provisions, Authorization: I authorize to arrange for a contractor to install the materials, issue a work order and inspect the installation after completion. No one came to inspect the work after completion and the work did not meet our standards. The paneling is wavy, the caulking is unprofessional and in some areas no caulking was applied. there are marks on the inside of the windows that cant be removed. I have called, emailed, complained and they sent a person out for us to show the deficiencies. He stated arrangements would be made to get it all corrected.
We have yet to hear anything.
How can a company operate in home improvement and never inspect the work of the contractors. This is the worst mistake I ever maid.

Lets start off that the sales pitch is probably the best lies ever told.
First lie was that Sears makes the windows at their own factory here in Florida and they are the top rated window. No they don't they are made by some company in the Carolina's and are far below the top rated window manufactures. Second lie is the guys that will be doing the installation work are Sears employees, no they are not. Sears sub-contracts out the work and these guys were the worst POS to work on a house. Delays, poor workmanship, worked on ours at night after they were finished for the day on somebody else's project. Nails and debris, these guys were nice people but their work standard and ethic was at the bottom of the crap pile Third lie is Sears will do everything possible to fix all issues and have a final walk through with a Sears supervisor before the work is signed off. No they don't. While deployed to Afghanistan the work was being done and my wife was dealing with them directly and letting me know what was happening, including belittling her to sing off on the work so the subs could get paid when though the work was not finished and there were tons of issues. Fourth lie is Sears will be there to fix any problems with the installation for a full year. No they don't. And they still haven't. No final inspection from the city was ever scheduled, the siding they removed and re-installed is falling off the house, most windows are a nightmare to get closed and locked, and the locks are sub-standard plastic crap. 17 windows, $25K dollars and they are not fixed, and Sears compliant department refuses to address the issues and will not return my calls. This is the biggest mistake ever made allowing Sears into our home. And this is not over yet, We may have to pay to have the problems fixed but until my last breath I will make sure anybody who is willing to listen before they hire them gets the truth.

Sears has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After a confirmation call that my mattress would be delivered I took the entire day off work and drove 2.5hrs to wait for its delivery only to be called at 8am (my scheduled delivery was at 11am) to be told it wouldn't be delivered and there was no rescheduled date or time. After calling customer service I was not given a credit, option for a different mattress or any apology. Now I wasted a day off and my company coming has to sleep on the floor. Never again.

I had a repair tech come out to my house to fix my washing machine and he was either inexperienced or just made a horrible mistake. He flooded my laundry room and ruined my hardwood floor so I have been dealing with Sedgwick Claims who handle sears claim issues (Deshonn Mabry-Jones) who I thought at first was trying to help me but am finding out she is just trying to inconvenience me into dropping my claim. I was told to get 2 estimates. It was very hard getting anyone to give me estimates on such a small job and they all wanted to charge for the estimates. I got 2 but they were unacceptable to Sedgwick & Deshonn Jones, I have been trying many different people at Sears holding co, Sears, and sedgwick to have someone from Sears home care come out to do an estimate as it was sears that did the damage but keep getting the runaround, I have wasted 3 days off & about 4 hrs on the phone getting nothing accomplished. All I am trying to do is get Sears to pay for the Damage they did, I don't understand why this is such a hassle I have never had trouble with Sears in my life, what a nightmare this has become.

I purchased a Kenmore refrigerator about 2 weeks ago...I left the delivery personnel instructions and these gentleman diregarded them therefore causing damage to the refrigerator...a week later they delivered me another refrigerator that looked somewhat used and it did not function properly. I was on the phone for 2 hours and the sears delivery department and sears specialist gave me the run around...I had barely purchased groceries and the next available refrigerator would be delivered till the 23 of June, 2 weeks away...they sent a repair technician on Monday to the wrong address therefore having me without a fridge for 3 more days...with this experience it will be the last purchase I make..the manager Connie was no help at all...

I still have no dryer! The sear outlet owe me a dryer. I payed for a warranty. So I should have gotten a replacement dryer, a long time ago. They couldnt fix mine, the part was back order. This is a long story. This been a on going game. My warranty is didn't expire soon. Frist of all, the sear outlet.in ontario ca 91761. The employee s their are real rude., and lazy, well this guy frank who was supposed to be helping me. Didn't help at all. He failed to tell me that I was supposed to go to the sears store. To pick out a dryer. I found out through the warranty department on the phone. Because I picked up a dryer at the outlet and when they delivered it to my house. It didn't work. And they already picked up my old dryer. So now I called the outlet store. And they are telling me to call the warranty number. And get a code. I told the warranty department 3x they had me on hold. Until it hanging up. I'm going back and forth i'm so tired of it. And I don't think they want to see my face in the outlet store again. After I was there for 5 hours because something frank didn't do. They were having a hard time locating what phone number it was under. And that day frank went home. And told some girl to take care of me. That girl had no clue what he was trying to do. And I told her that he was no help. And she told me no wonder he went home. I can't go into details the longest story. This girl that was helping me said she was going to complain about him also. So if my warranty expires and I still have no dryer. I want a full refund of the purchase of my dryer and the warranty. My washers do to break any day now. And I still have no dryer. I'll never go to a sears store to purchase any appliances the warranty is lousy. This company is terrible! I called Sears PartsDirect and placed an order and when I went online and checked my account I found out that they placed the wrong order! I immediately contacted customer service and asked them to cancel it and they said that it was not possible. They told that I can get a refund, but first I have to wait for my order to arrive and then I have to send it back! When I received it I called again and said that I'm ready to ship it back in order to get a refund but they said that they could not refund me! This site is a joke and their reps are completely useless! So now I have something that I can't even use and I don't need it! I'm absolutely disgusted with Sears and will never order anything from this scam site again!
dishwasher installation
I purchased a kenmore dishwasher on line. It was delivered, no problem. The problem is that on my purchase agreement page it stated "if purchased our delivery team will connect delivered appliances to existing home utilities.."
When the deliveryman came he told me an installer would be by later in the day. No one came. Next day I called customer service and was informed that the installation would be $159.99 PLUS I need to purchase a dishwasher kit for $19.99. No where on the original order form was there any mention of the additional charges. I plan to return the dishwasher and hope that Sears will amend their on line purchase pages to include mention of all the necessary steps needed to have one installed. By the way, in the past month I have purchased from Sears a refrigerator (which was installed and the water line hooked up) and a trash compactor which we installed ourselves. Until now I was very satisfied. Do I have any recourse other than returning the dishwasher? My order number is [protected].
tire warranty
This is a warning to anyone who depends on Sears Automotive. I purchased a set of 4 tires with a warranty. I took my vehicle back faithfully every 5K miles to have them rotated and balanced. When I started having issues with the tires they just sold me another one at a cost. Recently I had yet another issue with tire number 3 and had someone else check the tire. I found out the tires were dry rotted and had been materially breaking down. I had no way of knowing this as the tire had to be taken off to see this on the backside. I depended on Sears Technicians to inspect the tires as part of my road hazard warranty that I paid for and they let me down. THIS IS A SAFETY WARNING! DO NOT TRUST SEARS TECHNICIAN TO ALERT YOU OF AN ISSUE. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT SAVING MONEY FOR THE MANUFACTURER OF THE TIRES NOT YOU THE CONSUMER'S SAFETY. I KEEP THINKING ABOUT HOW CLOSE I CAME TO HAVING A BLOW OUT AND POSSIBLY DYING. I WILL NEVER PUT MY LIFE IN THE HANDS OF SEARS AGAIN.

Brought Mattress Set 4/4/16, delivered 1st time, ripped.. Store Mgr. compensated me $200.00. While waiting for 2nd one, decided to stay with first one and compensated $375.00. Meanwhile, second Mattress comes and when we still never received $375.00. Not receiving the compensated money, I keep the second mattress. Two weeks later they compensated the money and in such a short time the second mattress started to dip in both sides. Well, trying to state my problem to the first young lady, she hung up on me. The second one said I would have to pay a restock fee and delivery fee..another almost 500.00 after I said I just wanted to return all and get my money back. THIS is not my fault and besides that, the bed I brought in the store was not the same beds delivered! I have been back to the store several to try and get this resolved, but their answer was..its out of our hands. Have to deal with Sears Mattress Dept.! Today I went back in to see if I could get another bed without having to pay again, restock and delivery. I'm still confused and feel ripped off completely. This store SEARS..is so screwed up and bringing bad mechanize to me..
carpet cleaning
I scheduled my appointment online which was a very simple and easy task. I was called on Friday previous to the holiday weekend. I was given a window for arrival between 11:30 a.m.and 2:00 p.m. I called this morning and I was told that the technicians were running on time. I was also told that I would receive a call if they were running behind. At 2:30 I called the service number and left a message at 3:00 p.m.I called again and left another message.I called again at 3:15 and finally spoke with a live person who didn't give their name. I was told the technicians were on the job before me.I asked the gentleman why I didn't receive acall. I was told "I'm the only one in the office." I had moved my chairs my breakable on my tables my tables and because I wanted the areas where my computer and tv are I had moved that cabinetry also. I have always used sears carpet cleaning but now I'm finished with them. Very disappointed!
kenmore elite refrigerator
Spent over $3, 000. 10 months ago for this frig and the same 1F error everyone else has had is constantly going off. Sears repair came out and said they could not fix it because it was not displaying the error. Sears has known about the problems with their product, but he left and now it is still having the issue and I had to wait another week for appt. Then I will need to wait to order it and then wait for another service call. What is going on with sears and the products they sell and the poor customer service they give you. I am not only angry but very dissatisfied

I'm asking for help repairing my washing machine.
I've been waiting for my machine to be repaired for more than a month now. I pay for an extended warranty so that I can have repairs taken care of easily and quickly.
I first reached out to Sears in April for assistance
After waiting two weeks for a repairman to arrive, he came to the house, looked at the machine and told me he had to order a part.
I waited another two weeks for the part to arrive and for the repairman to come back to install it.
A new repairman arrived the second time. This one diagnosed a different problem and said the first person made a mistake. This person too said he could not do the repair because it required a part to be ordered.
I again waited another two weeks for the ordered part to arrive and the repairman to come back.
The repairman came back with a coworker and disassembled the stacked machines leaving the dryer in my kitchen blocking the pantry. When he began to work on the washer he discovered he ordered the wrong part and could not fix the washer.
He reordered the correct part and scheduled a repair for two weeks later. He left and the dryer stayed in my kitchen blocking the pantry.
I called to complain about the poor service and mistakes and was sent a $20 gift card for my trouble - mind you we are a family of four and have not been able to do laundry at home for weeks now.
The part arrived a week later and a different repairman showed up alone to install the part. He installed the part and because he was alone he left the dryer in the kitchen, unattached and unusable.
This week I was finally able to get help putting the dryer back myself so that I could use the washing machine, which I had been told was fixed.
The washing machine does not work. It will not even turn on.
I am beyond frustrated with Sears and their repair staff which have proven unable to do their job at every turn.
At this point I want a new machine and want this to end.

I bought a washer dryer stackable unit from Sears in August 2015. This past month it starts making loud noises during the spin cycle, finally it stopped spinning. I call sears repair service to come in to fix it. The repairman came on May 17th and spent an hour testing and taking it apart. He said we needed a transmission and basket replaced and there may be more damage after he takes it apart. The parts were ordered and delivered and they came today May 26th to repair the unit. After working on it for 2+ hours he concluded that the unit could not be repaired. The warranty only gives me $500 towards a new unit. I feel that an appliance that is less than 2 years old I should be replaced. I've been a sears customer for over 30 years and have purchased many appliances over that time. Thank you for your consideration on this matter.

craftsman lawn mower
My mother purchased a Craftsman lawnmower last year, it was only used twice for a total of thirty minutes. This spring I tried to cut her lawn and the mower would not start. On the box the lawnmower came in, it said that it was guaranteed to start in two pulls. I spent hours trying to start the piece of crap lawnmower with no luck. I called Sears and they gave me the run around for hours! I finally took it back to the store at the Galleria Mall in Cheektowaga NY. They told me that they had to send it out for repair in Rochester NY and that it would take between 2 to 3 weeks. This was 2 weeks ago and they just called me and said that they want to charge mother $113 to clean the carb. What a bunch of ###! Sears does not stand behind anything it sells. I want someone to explain to me why something she bought and barely used should cost her anything! I would never buy anything from Sears again. All I ever hear are bad things about Sears. Especially since she was an employee of Sears for almost 35 years. Thanks for nothing ###s!
