I have rented from Scooterbug for three Disney World trips over the past two years, following the same process each time. On our most recent trip, I completed the reservation in September, received an email confirming that my request was received, and even provided the payment information as instructed. Yet somehow, Scooterbug never processed my payment or issued a proper confirmation.
When we arrived at our resort on Thanksgiving Day, the stroller we had reserved months in advance was nowhere to be found and Scooterbug refused to deliver it. Calling customer service was even worse: the representative could not explain why the reservation failed, could not say if it was a technical glitch, and had zero guidance on how to prevent this in the future. Instead of offering solutions, the employee was indifferent, borderline cocky, and seemed to place blame entirely on me, despite following their instructions and process perfectly.
This company cannot be trusted. Their process is broken, their customer service is nonexistent, and their attitude is unacceptable. After three trips, I am done with Scooterbug. Avoid them at all costs.
Recommendation: Do Not Trust Scooterbug
