SBI Global Link Services — customer service sucks!
OnlineSBI.com/gls is a nightmare. Do not send money to India through this website. I was using this website for some time. Initially some of the transactions took longer time to get through. But all of a sudden I was not able to log on to the website. I have lost Rs. 37000.
I have sent them numerous emails and they never responded to a single one. I also tried contacting the manager from the list of contact numbers they provided on the website, they never pick up the phone. Finally I was able to get through the chief manager, but he said 10.00 am IST was too early for him to attend the call. I got an email from their team the same day stating that the address was incorrect. I once again sent them the address and the money has still not reached the receivers account. Its been almost two months that I am dealing with these guys. Still trying to get them on phone, waking up in the middle of the night so that it would mid afternoon for these guys. Their customer support sucks. The money had to reach the recipient for an important purpose. Hoping that I would get my money back some day.
