Save-A-Lot

On 9/4/23 I purchased a coffe cake, price $5.99 at Save a lot in Crescent City, Fl. 32112 store number 61230. When I opened it the next day it was stale. I put it in the freezer to take back the next time I went to the store. I had read their ad that said you could return items not to your liking. There were a couple of other things I did not think were very good. I finally got back to the store today 9/26/23. The manager would not give me my refund. She said I should not have waited a month to open product. I told her I put it in the freezer to save sto show them It was only the next day that I opened it. Anyway you are lying to the consumer and not honoring your policies. This is very wrong. I also plan to contact the better business bureau. Your actions are unacceptable.
