I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a significant delay on my recent flight with Saudia.
My itinerary was as follows:
- Flight: SV376 – Casablanca (CMN) to Jeddah (JED) – Date: 08/08/2025
- Final destination: Kuala Lumpur (KUL), via Riyadh (RUH)
The initial flight from Casablanca to Jeddah was delayed by over 4 hours, which led to the rescheduling of my connecting flights and caused me to lose a valuable part of my itinerary upon arrival in Kuala Lumpur.
Given the circumstances and the impact on my overall travel experience, I kindly request a compensation in accordance with your customer care policy.
