Our MD at SISO in Bangalore has suddenly behaving like a Hitler, he has made mandatory log in time as 8:00 AM in the morning, how can we have BF, and he also has informed the cafeteria staff to stop providing BF at 8:15 AM, if we come late half day salary will be cut, this is really disgusting and we still cant believe whether we are in Independent India, he is from Korea and gives the answer that Indians are lazy so he is behaving like this, who the hell is he to criticize Indians, I urge the labor ministry to take serious action against this Hitler MD and provide relief to poor workers(slaves) like us.

shutup all you koreans, no indian will follow your current MD. Earlier MD was good, he took siso to a peak level. your current MD is spoiling that. what he has achieved after he joined siso. common tell me. attrition is record high after new MD joined siso. this clearly says your MD is unfit for siso. first he should go back to korea. then see how siso will grow again. becasue all your stupid work culture engineers are not joining siso. first change your korean mindset when you are in india. when your in other country you should go as per that country culture. we respect when we go to korea and korean culture. you should follow our culture also.

Hello Dog eating slave Byong, time will tell soon about your hypocrite MDs policies.
Probably he needs a cross cultural session ;).

Anyway i like your attitude very much, because even after insulting you and your country very badly,
you just behave like nothing has happened ( How koreans behaved when Japs occupied korea ).
Try answering few of my questions first than diverting the topic.

Note:-
Personally i dont hate koreans or korean culture but definitely i hate the way they work and even more
abt their copy cat culture.

Hello IndyRoyal, what kind of indian are you? strange to us. did not indians copies and followed British culture, food and system for 300 years happily? did not indians followed the same for Mughals? when I was in Bangalore SISO, people offering me birani food, which was Mughal food, right? Then why donot you follow now Korean culture, food and system in SISO? It is our company, Korean company so, of course, culture, food and system will be more Korean. you should adopt our system in SISO. It will do good to you for your development. as you indians adopted British and Mughals and now American culture, food and work system, then you should not feel problem in adopting Korean culture, food and work system. So, my advise to you to try hard to follow Korean MD and instructions from HQ, try to understand the meaning and adopt to our system. All will be good.

Every Korean is given a mandatory 2 yr army training thus he is abide to follow orders as is, if you ask Koreans to dug mud for whole day they will do it without asking any questions but this is India, so ask Mr. MD to keep such authoritative rules for Koreans not for Indians. Secondly, when you expect people to work for more than their stipulated work hours in the company then some relaxation should be provided. You can't expect people to come at 8am and work till 8pm, which normally happens in Samsung. Third, there are many the big companies in this world where there is no work hours strictness, and still they are growing exponentially and even give best quality products unlike Samsung mobiles (worst in the sector). Basically if you take a deep thought you will find how many hours a person work in a day effectively/seriously, normally it ranges from 4 -5 hrs a day. Even Agile concept work on 5 hrs of work in a day basis.

So tell Mr. MD to buzz off back to Korea and if Indians are lazy he can close SISO operations in India with pleasure.

Enough is this, you indians, slavish people. you indics can be slave to British and American, but you have problem to accept our Korean rule and taking our order. Ok, then leave and go, we will hire new poor indians again, many are there hungry for a job in India. But we are capturing markets in India day by day (phone, cars, TV, fridge, laptop, computers DVD everything in India) and soon we will rule you even outside of SISO. We have destroyed your native industries successfully.

Note, your ministers from India came to our Korea 3 times begging help to build nuclear power station, roads, bridges and defence arms for India. You have nothing left, only quarling population, child briths at massive scale, copying anything British, American or any foreign. Ok, we will rule you too, days comming. You have to obey us, it is our power to colony you again under our Korea.

Hi all, it is really surprising to see that SISO employees & koreans got into this debate, it is the responsibility of the SISO managers to make them(MD) aware of the rules and laws while carrying out his task. This is a weakness in indian managers of SISO. nextly on part of koreans they must understand that they are better at doing sometime else and definitely not getting into argument with a giant nation like india. The world knows india can easily ignore a country like korea. I find it really disgusting that some immature koreans are talking about india in such a tone. I want the person whoever has started this thread to stop this from going any further. But i frankly admit that i enjoyed this thread.

Applauds to MenInBlue, you have brought the right points into focus but it is funny that they dont understand it.on a fine point to the so called byong who offered him biriyani? Indians should be more responsible for their insensible acts like this.

I find generally koreans are good but there are always some varieties you know :)

For all those koreans who found it hard to read their International History books (I su[pose poor transalation )...
The great thing about India is that it has assimilated new cultures in, and the Mughals being one of them...So please, lets not talk about eating Biryani...We eat biryani almost once a week at home (yes, and not in the office, where the Company pays for some [censor] meal so that you stay away from your family )(...Wow thats how developed you are...So developed that you spend more time in the office, than with your family, quite a pity...

Second, you guys really are so good at working that you need 3000 people to do work which can be done by maybe less than 500...But of course, if a company hires numb-skulls like you, you'll think that 3000 can make do for 500 good engineers...

Third, just as you said, if you dont like the company, leave it...I will second that, we shouldn't bad mouth about it, and point taken...But then also keep in mind that if you dont like our nation, please leaeve...Dont eat and live here, because you live a decent and a comfortable life here (just 9 hours in the office ), free booze, good food at affordable rate, good hospitality...You cant live in a country and trash at it...Even you are making a lot of money just because you are living away from your home...And trust me, we all try hard to make your stay comfortable here...
Also, there is a nice thing going about the MD...About why he was sent to India, even when he was heading SAIT in Korea...I guess you should find out about it, , ,

I was with siso till 2009, and i never had any serious problems with the work culture.
But from the posts here, it seems that work environment at siso seems to hit a rock bottom.
Also the guys who joined my company gave some poor feedback about the current management.
Anyway is seems that siso MD is throwing some perks in the form bonuses to control attrition,
if some company gives bonuses even when the employees are not asking, its a symbol of
desperation to retain the employees, let the MD take some more time, he will realize what wrong he has done.

Hello Byong, i had never seen a nuts like you.

If indians eats biriyani it doesn't mean that india accepted muslim culture.
Masalas and currys are now integral part of British culture, it doesnt mean that they accepted indina culture.
Sorry mate, this is one of the most stupid comparisons i ever heard.
I am bit scared about your point ie accepting korean food by Indians, i cant imagine abt eating a Dog lols

Also Byong, Indians are not Koreans. Koreans can work 20hrs a day nonstop for 2 months.
But we cant do that, probably Chinese and Japanese can do do but definitely not us or even Americans .

Anyway i advise to stop degrading yourself by posting against us, also please note that still
you didnt come with any points to declare why koreans are superior than rest of the world.
And try to answer the queries posted by MenInBlue.

Hello Ming June, its actually the countries like Russia, France and Japanese competing to
supply reactors and materials to india. Its other way around, and also i never heard that
india asked korea to help us IMO its a joke.
India even tested atom bombs in 1974 by itself, but korea still dont have nay nuclear weapons.
Remember we have fusion bombs too which you can dream as of now.
As pointed by MenInBlue before, its laughable that still korea never launched a satellite fo its own which
we did it in 1970s.

I request koreans to watch some Indian channels, the way their companies Beg us to buy your products.
ie Hyundai, Samsung, LG etc might even give a BJ to buy your products

Probably Ming June, you might have lots of Japanese genes, because almost all Korean women in your parebts
period served as a comfort women to Japanese.

someday when ur big daddy i.e north korea go nuts which might be possible in near future, see how [censor]ed u will be then korean [censor]s.. what technology are you boasting of ? USA gave u all, remember north korea captured more than 95% of south korean land in 1950, if it wasn't for USA; god knows what situation you would have been in then. If USA stops giving u damn [censor]ed koreans the aid, ur country would be finished in a week.

regarding what u said that u r giving us employment, let me tell u that india IT industry has millions of professionals and if this samsung gives employment to say about 2-3k people, its absolutely nothing. so samsung stops giving employment to INDIANS... no worry as there are much more jobs for us, but [censor]s won't have anyplace to sell and you urselves would get fired from ur so beloved samsung.

and for the food you eat, i sometimes whether you actually are humans or not.. what [censor] food you eat, that smells horrible.. i means even animals eat better than that... even a dog or a pig won't eat a DOG, but u guys seem to enjoy DOG!

and about beauties... u cant even compare... all korean chicks are totally boobless or flatron... these A sized tits u got were due to japanese only or ur chicks wouldn't even had those ...

and yeah... its a world known fact that east asian country like korean guys have smallest average dick size of approx 3.5-4 inches... lol !

i guess i know why that MD is so stupid ... his wife must be getting [censor]ed by lots INDIANS as he could not satisfy her.

Looks like this has become a war :) The person who started this thread was just having problems with discipline. But this has turned into a racial war. Being an Indian who is in Korea, I have to reply to a few of your points.

@Timothy Grupper -> your racially biased statement was uncalled for. Looks like you have just started a dirty war of words. But thanks to you, we know what people think of each other.

@INDIA ROCKS -> How did you conclude that Timothy is an American? Shows you are just as good as Timothy regarding racial discrimination.

@Yong-Back Lee ->
Q: Why one Indian try to harm another Indian easily for own greed/self?
A: What about the rampant child rape, theft and money laundering in Korea?
Q: Why your IITs are Over-Funded to produce B.Techs?
A: Do you think KAIST is not overfunded?
Q: Why are you not aware of Country-Face concept? honest country-loving people of Korea
A: Why is Samsung Chaebol called the most corrupt firm in the world?

@Bi-Jun Kim -> India is traditionally a slave country
Why do Koreans hate the Japanese? Is it because you were at peace with them or because they ruled you, used you as slaves for construction work, raped your women and cut off you long hair?

@Jeong M. Guo -> Samsung is providing food to their hungry mouth
Samsung is not in India for charity work. They need the Indian market and workers.
You said, "I have seen Indians just worship any foreigner". Same is the case in Korea. Koreans just worship Americans. "I love Korea" T-shirts don't sell, but "I love NewYork" T-shirt sells like hot cakes.

@koreans_are_dumbest -> Looks like someone has hurt your ego.
1. Korean food is awesome and healthy. Even Indians eat dogs, pigs and any other animal u mentioned.. U can't deny it.
2. Korean girls are beautiful just like Indian girls. Your obscene statement shows how you think about Indian girls too.. Bad boy
3. Your last statement was uncalled for. Hope you are not married, u never know what couls happen.

@accost1983 -> Follow the company rules. If you have a problem with it, just switch to another company :)

Korea is a beautiful place with really nice people and also a few racists. But I wouldn't form a stereotype image just because of a few exceptions.
India is an amazing country with it's rich diversity and beauty.
Where Korea lacks India shines and vice versa. Otherwise we wouldn't trade with each other or set up companies in the other other country.

Some people have been mistreated or been slaves due to tight work deadlines, but this is not the mindset you should have. Take in the good and forget the bad.. Set aside your ego and false pride.

Hello laughing@u, it is VERY CLEAR from your writing that, you are another enslaved brown Indian sitting in Korea under your supreme masters for money, food and life. Is not it true? It is the same scenario historically, that your grandparents acted as slaves for the mercy of mighty British and French masters. Can you deny that? Your comments, even after reading all others, have shown that, you are actually an opportunist, who is trying to oil your masters in the country you are living now so that you can stay a bit longer there for money. Of course, you can slap on your own face again and again, possibly that is the education you have got to become a colonized remnant and a perfect servant.

Your parochial view of the situation in spite of being in an era of globalization depicts either lack of comprehension power or false pride(assuming you are not an idiot).
I am employed by an Indian company and am in Korea only because a Korean company requested for my expertise. Also, I know for sure that the product I am working on is target for the Indian market. I think I am serving both the countries. Talk about killing 2 birds with a single stone. Guess I am lucky.
I guess almost all countries have been enslaved at some point of time. So some of our forefathers were actually slaves rather that acting as one.
Also, I am not oiling my masters(the way you see them, I usually call them by name) in either country because they are not reading this post and have more productive stuff to do. No offence meant :)
About being an opportunist, everyone is one. Maybe your false pride can deny it, but I don't think you'd reach anywhere in your career unless you are one.
Perfect servant to my conscience and trying to be one to God.. nobody else.. sorry :)

Hello laughing@u, you are a ridiculously confused Indian who has : lack of education in history, lack of self-understanding, lack of self-respect and lack of self-confidence. What is the kind of education you have received, mister, from your teachers and from your parents?

Your writing is illustrating that, you are full of self-conflict and have no sense of dignity inclusive of your nation and upbringing. Do you know why South Koreans have made a rapid progress in short time, but India could not? One of the reasons is that South Koreans have a sense of country-pride, national-unity and effort. Read you Indian history, and, you will find that India could not prosper to the highest limit, even today, because you don't possess self-respect, national pride and unity and mainly, you do not know your own history from ancient time.

Hence, I would suggest you to start reading about the history of your country from ancient time and, try to understand your national achievements and your national failures and reason why. Possibly, you and other Indians like you having inferiority complex, will regain your self-respect, national-pride and hence, self-confidence.

Currently, I am seeing the abhorring lack of education and colonial elements in you, which is failing your upbringing, failing your parents and failing your nation as a whole in front of international community.

First, read and understand your past, your contemporary situation before parroting about globalization, its actual subtle aim. Possibly, after getting properly literate yourself, you will understand about the term related to globalization, called " cultural hegemony and imposition". Now, this term is beyond of your comprehension, so, start educating yourself intellectually. Now you are another mere clerk alike millions of other colonized Indians alike you busy in making money.

Till then, please do not expose your illiterate and dull mouth showing your novice to others. If you do that repetitively, then that will be a slap by you on your face and, slap by you on the face of your parents along with a slap by you on your country.

Wow! Looks like you have been using the thesaurus and wikipedia a lot lately and resort love personal attacks when you don't have a point. Looks like you need to read about Korea before you start replying. Please read about the chaebols before you the term " cultural hegemony". Stop trying to confuse others with jargon or at least try to understand if you can use it in this context.

Looks like you love to praise Korea while I am not allowed to. That clearly proves that it's something personal you have against the Indians. Maybe one of them behaved rude to you or you lost your job(or girlfriend) to an Indian. No offence meant but you had it coming :)

Read the Indian history, it was called the "Golden Dove" in ancient times. Hope you know that Columbus discovered America in his pursuit to find India. Sounds like India was valued a lot even then. Or do I need to use the thesaurus and wikipedia to drive this point home.

As for the rest of your argument, if you check the reason why the British conquered India or the number Indian engineers in the top researches around the world, or the number of international brands aggressively marketing themselves in India, or the total Indian population in your own country, I am sure you will not be able to justify them without contradicting you statements.

Please refrain from using redundant arguments it makes this debate boring.

About inferiority complex, will regain your self-respect, national-pride and hence, self-confidence:
General Sharp Says Yongsan Garrison won't be closed till another 5-6yrs and also the transfer of command has been postponed as always. At least India doesn't have to depend on a foreign country for their autonomy and hence their self-respect, national-pride and self-confidence.

I can go on about how you were forced to import beef and a lot of other examples and so could you about India. Let's face it, both countries have their flaws.

I like Korea, it's culture and also the Korean people but it's the like of Fritjof_ who help in building a stereotype racist image.

PS: I am not a clerk and I make more money in India from my family business than what I get in Korea. I am not blowing my trumpet, but had to say it since you asked.

[censor]ing Korean workers...if you push a hot rod in donkey's [censor] he will run for sure..same is the case with you koreans...you obey the oders of your king...in India everybody is king...you fools..
We have 3 Indians in Forbes richest people in the World. We have Sachin Tendulkar, best cricketer in the world. We have Bollywood, largest entertainment industry in the world. We have Vishwanathan Anand, world's greatest chess player. We have the largest population in the World who speaks English. We have the 3rd largest army in the world (And the day will come when we will ride on your girls for sure). We have the best software engineers in the world (Because of us people have no jobs in US and they are have no jobs other than to drive taxi). Even Obama is worried about Bangalorian culture. G kang, you will be doing only half the job, i doubt if this thread is not exposed, i could sense that people writing here are some senior guys at HQ eg: that biriyani guy . i dont like your arrogant tone it stinks ! it really does, nextly these public forums tend to be parochial and spread negative tendencies sometimes but now here it has also conveyed a good message to the people in best way. I have nothing against the company it is about some people, you talk about slavery, let me tell you slavery has no boundaries next time you do overtime, work on orders, use no creativity you must know what it is. I know it is a futile exercise to make you people understand everything. This thread overall has not defamed the company but has exposed, insulted and defamed on face to the people who carry such irrational thoughts about indian culture.

@A siso well wisher
u are stupid. such a poor english. Very badly written with full of foul words, check lauging@u's reply and the manner, that guy replied back, truly genius.
Bro, one advice to u that you should better delete your post. It isn't worthy enough to be put in support of this whole discussion. And learn language properly before expressing your emotions again to others.
For rest--- This whole chain of comments aint doing anything good here. Ppl are getting emotional and replying to the post of @Byong, @Park or @Guo, assuming them as real koreans. There is possibility that these Jokers are PAAKIS [as we always blame paakis for all provoking statements, being indian we should continue doing that ;)]
I think the main complainant should reconsider of continuing this complaint into this forum, which is continuously and increasingly getting attentions from all for all wrong reasons.

Hello all Indian workers, stop talking. This is an warning to you. Try working hard, no talking. You all have to obey Korean MD, management policies and Korean culture as well as Korean traditions. We know how to govern Indian workers, stop wrong activities in SISO. When working for our company, all have to follow Korean management policy. Abusive blogging and defaming corporate will result in legal troubles according to corporate law and government will be on our side by law. There is no question of copying or slavery are arising here, although it is observed that modern India today single mindely follow US in culture, language, food and everything else. But, this is nothing to do with SISO, we are in India to do business, not to do socio-cultural upliftment by educating Indians about their past glory and cultural distinction. That is the job of Indian educationist, politicians and social leaders, not us. Hence, it is required for all and everybody in SISO to look into business productivity and obeying SISO management decisions. Any corporate works under the law.

hello everyone!
I have just completed my Engineering and have been selected for SISO bangalore. But after reading this thread, I am really confused whether to join SISO or not. I have offers from TCS and Tech Mahindra as well which are offering salaries about 60% of what Samsung is offering. Seniors who are working in SISO or who left SISO, please advise me, whether it is suitable for me to join SISO in this kind of work culture considering that I have options of Tech Mahindra and TCS?
Please help.

Hello guys.. these kind of discussions wont help us to solve our problems... all employee should come up together and discuss with higher management... if they do not agree then QUIT... siso's strength is their engineers who work like hell to help these Koreans to grow in mobile market... if they all quit then these Korean will be no where... these Korean are really cheap and very much mean ... they do not behave properly when we visit to Korea... I had really bad experience with them...

Main problem with our country is that we all use foreign products... tell me how many people of India use babul toothpaste and how many use Colgate and pepsodent... starting from the small stuff to big one we all use foreign product... we use foreign product and we pay them and what we get in response.. nasty comments about our culture and about our country and our people... we all come to know from the above discussion what they really think of us...

So guys we should not stop our discussion till this link .. let all people of India know about what they really think about us... writing nasty comments about them in link wont help us to grow.. lets start something new from today and make our country... lets use indian product and make out india grow.. indian products are really good ...and let us unite and teach these korean a lesson so that they can not comments like this...

i really support all those indian guys who made such good comments to make this discussion alive... i am sure that we can do some thing better

@@ korean: you all guys will come to know where India will be in future... every country had some good stuffs and bad as well.. so do not think that you are superior... u r not greater than India ... we will soon teach you a good lesson...

I am surprised to see so much immaturity floating around in the comments section. This is a typical example of flaming and people jumping over each other to catch the bate and respond to the flames. Take a deep breath and re-read the flames and it gets so very obvious that most of the so-called posts from Koreans (starting from the first one) has been made by someone who wants to create problems.

And in most such forums its our dear friends from Pakistan who indulge in this sort of flaming and make people fight with each other. Check rediff message boards where you can see classic examples of flaming started by Pakistan sympathizers.

Would like to advise all SISO employees/ex-employees to not fall for this. Your grievance may be valid but the nature of comments that are present here is trivializing the issue.

I have worked in SISO for more than 4 yrs. I realised that SAMSUNG KOREAN engineers are BIG [censor] HOLES.
This is because they do have BIG [censor] HOLES made by their bosses. Simply Bow to their boss as soon as they see their boss. They just do what ever their boss says. :) This is the culter they are talking about. Brainless idiots. This thread is interesting. Keep the Kabbadi on :)... Kabbadi, kabbadi, ...

I am an Ex employee of SISO. I worked there for more than 6 years.

MY ADVICE for those INDIANs who got offer from SISO :
"PLEASE DONOT JOIN SISO". This place sucks a big time. This is NOT a software company. This is a FACTORY.
You dont need be IT professional to join this company. You just need to say "YES" to your manager to survive in this company. There is absolutely ZERO process, ZERO ethics in this company. There is NO requirement phase, there is NO design phase for any project. "Design and requirements" are Funny words in SISO and SAMSUNG HQ. Most important thing is SISO is NOT a R&D center. It is a high profiled body shop company to SAMSUNG HQ.
There is no any research oriented work. At the time of joining, HR will talk about SISO as if it is next to NASA.
SISO hires software engineer in INDIA and are sent KOREA to work like donkeys. People who join SISO they lose a big time on their future growth. They will NOT get to learn or grow in this company. Hence to get out of SISO after 2-3 years will be a challenge. Initially SISO offers very good packege but the subsequent hikes sucks. Just be aware of this !

Those who have gone through this entire comments can easily understand the ATTITUDE of KOREAN SAMSUNG people. They just want to treat Indian(SISO) engineers as SLAVES. SO you can imagine the work culture of SISO and SAMSUNG KOREA.

NEVER EVER JOIN this company if you want your career to be on a RIGHT TRACK !

I am siso employee only
Following are proof for this
(1) I play cricket in badminton court in HQ
(2) I play cricket in football ground
(3) Even though I am the biggest racist in the world (racisms in the name of colour, religion, caste and what else) I always criticise Australians for racism.
(4) I always use office phone for personal use.

You Indian workers in SISO, the HQ in Korea is your funding agency from where you get your salary and projects. SISO is a cost-centre to Samsung HQ, you that. So, either you work hard following our management policy handed over by our MD or go out of SISO. We Koreans are controlling Indian market very much and we have orders, government listen to our word. So, this talk here donot help you much and you all Indian should try hard to follow our management policy and should learn Korean culture and work tradition for good understanding. It is our company, not your company. We pay you salary and you must work and obey our order. There is no question about it. We are a product company not other Indian service giving company. So, working in time and obeying our orders from HQ is important and must.

Time comming when we Koreans will rule India soon, possibly Korea and America will share India for ruling as we are very strong economy and proud rich countries. Indians are colony today, they are inferior. We are capturing whole Indian market, slowly we will start rule also. Wait and see. We have killed all domestic industries in India carefully, Indians prefer Samsung, LG, Hyundai etc. etc. So we are proud and very powerful economically. Next step to control India. We will do.

For all those bloody chinkis (kung/fung/chung/chang etc etc)...Worst is your names and worst are your faces and more worst are your communication skills - u dont know how to speak neither u cant write a proper mail.. :P...At first learn to speak then try to criticize Indians...I am not an employee of Samsung neither I would like to be in future.

NOTE: Well many Korean manufacturer companies are vendors for many of the Product companies as the h/w manufacturers (bloody low grade engineers - dont know how to talk, how to express themselves, they speak the same sentence thrice to express anything, only thing people would listen is some sounds in the Telecon e.g. aaaa/uuuu/yuuu etc etc), but because of their low grade products, even the customers of these product companies are worried.

These Korean manufacturer companies (Remember Samsung Korea is also one of them) are surviving because of these product companies - Hello all those ching/chang/choongs make a note of it. I know how these guys get [censor]ed when they come for onsite here :).

I know how they get abused by the chipset companies - Only because they dont know how to write a simple device driver for the peripherals of their boards. Bloody [censor]s can only manufacture low cost boards only - they dont have a little brain also to write the device driver for it.

You [censor] koreans take the whole chipset specific codes from the semiconductor companies for your boards and modify 1-2 lines to support for your boards. Even that you cant do correctly :) :) - you ask the Indian semiconductor professionals how to modify it, why its not working etc etc and you ask the same questions again and again thats why you get bumped by them.

Well in my life I taught many Korean engineers how to speak english before they went for an interview. :).

You only know how to eat chowmin thats all. :P :P

Already America is ruling Korea ie dog eating south koreans, first try to get freedom from them.
The way that you chinkis include america in every thing tells that how you are dependent on america.

Never in life these koreans can rule any country, in fact they are the salves who who
work for the welfare of other country. Keep working 20hrs a day.

All the best.

The main problem with Indians are that they do not know or do not have the sense of self-worth, self-confidence and national-pride enabling them to stand-up and talk to the world face-to-face. That is why everybody in world take Indians as "Granted" or "tell Indians, they will obey" kind of attitude. We need to change this attitude, we need to be strong and logical and vocal and proud people. Then, opposite side or opposite world will listen to you. Otherwise, all will ignore Indians, anywhere in the world. Because of this personality-disorder of Indians, we do not get the deserved credit in any field. We need to change and from right now on.
