Tech!Espresso is a website that sells tech products. I recently purchased a product from them and unfortunately, it arrived in damaged packaging. As a customer, I expect to receive a new item when I make a purchase. The damaged packaging tells me that the product was likely returned and rejected by a previous customer. This is not a good sign.

When I tried to use the product, it did not work in my system. This is not because I set it up incorrectly, but because the product is defective. I am disappointed that I received a faulty product and will be returning it.

Overall, my experience with Tech!Espresso was not great. I hope they can improve their quality control and ensure that their products are in good condition before shipping them out to customers.

So, we had this guy from Tech!Espresso come over a few months back to help us with our crappy wifi. He gave us a suggestion on how to make it better, but then we had another person come over recently who suggested something different. We don't know which one is the best solution, so we just went with the second guy's advice. It does seem like it's improved, but who knows if it's really the best way to go? Like, we're not tech experts or anything, so we're just trusting these guys to know what they're doing. Overall, we're happy with the service we got from Tech!Espresso, but it would be nice if they could give us a more definitive answer on what the best solution is.

So, I had this external hard drive that I messed up by formatting it by mistake. I was pretty bummed out about it, but then I heard about Tech!Espresso and how they could recover lost files. I decided to give it a shot and contacted them. They told me that they would try to recover the files and if they couldn't, there would be no charge. I thought that was pretty fair.

Unfortunately, nothing could be recovered. I was disappointed, but I understood that sometimes things just can't be fixed. What I didn't expect was to get my external drive back with a write protection on it. I mean, what the heck? That wasn't there before. I contacted the Tech and he suggested that he come back to take a look at it. But of course, that would cost me more money. I don't know about you, but I don't want to keep paying for no work done.

I'm not saying that Tech!Espresso is a bad company, but I wouldn't recommend them based on my experience. It would have been cheaper for me to just buy a new external drive than to keep paying for someone to come out and look at it. So, if you're thinking about using their services, just be aware that there may be additional costs involved.

Tech!Espresso has a pretty good customer service, but I gotta say, the tech they sent to my job was not that experienced in what I was asking. I had a couple of issues that I needed to be resolved, like combining my business and personal calendars and setting up my domain, but after an hour, he was still clicking around and googling things, without anything completed. I mean, I wasn't charged for the time he spent searching for the resolution, but I still feel like I need to write this review for others.

If you're looking for basic work, like setting up a printer or email, then Tech!Espresso would probably work for you. But if you have something more advanced, then you should be aware that they might not have the expertise you need. It's a shame, really, because I had high hopes for them. But I guess you can't win them all, right?

The total cost was $100, and it was the best $100 I ever spent. I may not know anything about computers, but this mom knows how to get things done!

He explained what had happened to my son's computer and how he fixed it. I appreciated that he took the time to explain everything to us in simple terms that we could understand.

The cost of the service was very reasonable, especially considering the quick turnaround time. I was happy to pay $100 to have my son's computer fixed and to have him ready for his exam.

I recently had a problem with my Norton 360 software not working on my laptop, so I decided to give Tech!Espresso a call. Ralph, the technician who answered my call, was very helpful and quickly identified the issue - my laptop had been hacked! Apparently, it had been hacked around 800 times by Russians. To make matters worse, my other computer had the same problem, but it was even worse.

I was really worried about my computers and asked Ralph to fix them. He worked tirelessly all night to remove all the active hacking files and hackers, as well as other problems on my two computers. He also recommended that I get the highest security protection available to ensure that my computers would never be hacked again.

Ralph was very patient and explained everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand. He was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, which put my mind at ease that everything was going to be okay. I really appreciated his help and expertise.

So, I had a bit of a rough experience with Techespresso. I needed to replace the screen on my Macbook Pro and they promised to get it done in under an hour. I was pretty excited about that, but unfortunately things didn't go as planned.

They sent over two technicians who seemed to be following instructions from a manual on how to take the screen off. They struggled with it for a couple of hours and finally managed to force it off and replace it with a new one. Unfortunately, they didn't realize that the new screen was the wrong color. They had brought a regular grey screen, but my Macbook was space grey. So, they had to take it apart again and try to install a different screen.

This is where things really went wrong. Somehow, in the process of trying to install the new screen, they messed up my notebook's logic board. I was pretty upset about this, especially since I had just spent $600 on the screen replacement. When I called them to complain, they didn't seem to care at all. They didn't offer any kind of compensation or even an apology.

Overall, I would say that Techespresso is not the best choice if you need to get your Macbook repaired. They don't seem to know what they're doing and they don't seem to care about their customers. If you're in Calgary and you need Macbook repair, I would recommend looking for a different company.
