I bought a cover for a 4 door Jeep Wrangler. Completely stock no modifications. Cover was too small and made for 2 door Wrangler. After several emails back and forth with pictures of the vehicle with and with out the cover, box, shipping label. Emails were answered at one per day. They insisted it was the correct item by the barcode on the box had me ship it back at my expense. They did tell me I would also be charged a restocking fee. I felt some money back was better than none, so I sent it with tracking. After it was delivered, they told me it was never received. It was then I realized I Was Scamed.

I ain't too sure if I'm ever gonna get my Suparee order. It's been a hot minute since I put in my order back in December, and now it's already February. I'm starting to get a bit antsy, ya know? I mean, I understand things can take a while to ship, but this is getting ridiculous. I'm starting to think I should've just gone with a different company altogether.

But, I gotta say, the stuff on their website looks pretty dope. I was really excited to get my hands on some of their gear. They've got some really cool car accessories and some sweet LED lights that I was really looking forward to installing. I just hope I actually get them at some point.

I've tried reaching out to their customer service a few times, but haven't heard back yet. I'm starting to think they might not even exist. But, I'm gonna give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they're just really busy or something.
