I purchased the lucid hearing aids 3/25/2025 with a $ 300 3 year extended warranty. Per caleb bailey at the normansams club lucid is bankrupt . The hearing aids and app quit working. I am requesting a full refund from sams club since these cannot be repaired or replaced. So far i have not been abel to locate a real person to talk to. The ai robot cannot help, dale mcaskill
