On the evening of March 8th, 26, my husband topped off my gas tank with gas purchased from Sam’s Club Co. Bluffs Iowa. The next day I left on a trip to Emporia Kansas. I made it as far as far as 35 miles outside of Topeka. My truck had no acceleration. I had to have it towed twice. Lewis Toyota fixed it and the problem was water in the gas. I had no issues before or after this because I have not purchased gas at Sam’s. It cost me $1100 and we won’t get into the hours of my time it took. I went to Sam’s Club and spoke to Paula who was snotty and just very dismissive about what happened to me. Then I went back spoke to another manager and wanted to speak to the head manager. I was told he would call me. That was 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting. I have been a customer of Sam’s for over 20 years. I do expect something from this.
