Tire with nail taken to this location. A few hours later they called and said it was not repairable. I then took it to Tire Kingdom and had it repaired with no issue. This was 1/2/2026.
My daughter had a nail in the tread area and was told after several hours that the nail was in an 'awkward' position and could not be repaired. I will take it to Tire Kingdom and have it repaired. This occurred on 2/20/2026.

Desired outcome: Do their job and quit insulting the intelligence of their customers. A response would be nice, but I expect nothing from this location.
