Sam's Club review: Pair of transition glasses

I purchased a pair of glasses in october of 2024. In may of 2026 I noticed a yellow streak forming on both lens. I went back to the club and spoke with the head of the optical department, she was very nice and helpful, she had to call her boss who said I must have either used a harsh chemical or too hot of water to clean my glasses. I always only clean my glasses with warm water and hand soap. I was referred to one of the club managers who keeps telling me she's going to speak to her boss. She agrees with me that $600.00 glasses should last more than 18 months. It's been almost three months and every time I see her at the club she says I haven't forgot you. I am ready to complain to someone else.
