I first reported to Sam's Club fraud line on May 5, 2026 that my Scan & Go account had been hacked and my Sam’s Cash stolen (used for fraudulent purchases). I've made several follow-up calls on May 23, May 29 and June 4. Each time I was told that within 48 to 72 hours the fraud department would contact me. To date, I have not heard anything, no calls, no email, nothing. Very frustrating!
