This was my 2nd experience shopping at Sam's (first was for tires).
3 stockers in frozen food had 3 (1 empty) pallets on the floor, access to both departments required many extra steps. no big deal
10:05am arriving cafe cashier made 1st customer angry so she left, then asked what i would like i said pizza (as hotdogs were not available) then turned and ate and drank personal items. I decided to leave as the secondary associate appeared to be chewing gum or eating something very chewy.
After leaving cafe I was walking my items out and the greeter told me I didn't pay for my orange juice. And I informed him that this error was due to my cashier didn't ring it up . So i went to self checkout and paid for my item that she missed.
I'm a very easy going guy that has managed multiple full service grocery stores and Deli's and Servsafe certified so I just wanted to make you aware of your issues I experienced today..
Customer experience is everything in the retail world.
My credentials would speak for themselves with very basic inquiry.
However, my experience today will definitely distance myself with this specific location.
