First, I love my Sams Club. I like the people I have gotten to know at "MY" Sams Club. NOT liking the change in the way, you check out at Sams. I would like to say that I have an upgraded card and have been a member of Sam's club since it opened. I have been told by member there that corporate is going to be strictly, "Scan and go". That doesn't sit well with me. I sit at the cafe a lot and watch people in 2 lines backed up because of this. The Cafe uses Scan and go, exclusively. I have seen employees there explaining to people that this is the case. They get out of line and say, forget it. Especially older patrons. Not to take cash is a big mistake. Government is working on that and it will be illegal to do so. I pay yearly dues like everyone else. You just might be losing customers if this continues. Listen to your customers, please. Thank you
Desired outcome: I would reconsider the checkout way of doing business. Scan and Go at the Cafe doesn't work. You still have lines waiting in the Scan and go lines, long lines.
