I was at Sam's club on Feb11 to purchase a battery for my truck. The person in charge told me that they do not have the battery I wanted but will install a different one and If I do not like it they will replace it as soon as the one I wanted will arrive and I was told this should not take more than a week. I have contacted the store several time but to no avail. I was literally tricked into the purchase when Sam does not carry the battery per Toyota Tundra specs which is group 27F and not 24 that they installed.
I need to get a refund ASAP
Desired outcome: either I get the battery replaced with 27F or receive a refund
