Why would Salvation Army not clearly state that furniture that will be picked up, has to be in perfect condition. I scheduled a pickup of our sofa sectional and 1 piece is a little worn. The driver refused to pick the entire sofa up because it has to be in great sellable condition. If that is the case then why isn't that stated on the website when people schedule pickups? They are all about the money and not people because this would have made a nice sofa for someone less fortunate. I will never, ever give money or donate anything to the Salvation Army. Wasted my time.

Recommendation: DO NOT USE THEM!
