Definitely worth a call
Definitely worth a call. We had two timeshares we were no longer using. Tried to resale lost money. Came across TS Relief reading through the ComplaintsBoard.com and thought we would try. Their rates were the lowest we found. And now 3 months later no more timeshares at all.

We purchased a timeshare years ago and found it was getting harder to use and fees were going up too fast. We wanted out. Tried a resale company. That didn't work. Then we found TS Relief Group. Being a little Leary at first we decided to try it. Then 69 days later we were out.

Postcard in the mail inviting for a meal at a local steakhouse where scare tactics were used telling the audience that there are new laws and the timeshare stays with the family and maintenance needs to be paid even after our death etcetera. Several people were signing up so I gave my credit card information at the presentation on February 9th 2023. Amex paid the amount to Incompliance service MC03. An email came congratulating me for signing up by Chuck Ames chucka@tsreliefgroup. Later another email came that my file was transferred to TSreliefgroupclubs. Call bill [protected]. At the presentation they told me not to contact as it takes a long time to negotiate with the timeshare lawyers. After repeated calling and emailing they sent me a quitclaim deed and asked me to sign before a notary and we did and sent the documents to sunset Conveyance group 6245 n federal highway # 403, Ft. Lauderdale FL 33308. They sent me back the notarized copy along with a copy of their LLC FL TS TRANSITIONS LLC with a federal tax id# [protected] address 1001 Bannock street #121 Denver, Colorado 80204. However the LLC Is in state of Wyoming. Contacted my timeshare and they said it still is in my name and no name change has occurred and they advised it has to be done through their office. At this point it was clear that I was scammed.

TS Relief Group- Scam
The company has not done what it has promised.
It took 6,950 from me over a year and half ago to cancel my time-share with Vistana resort.
I have not received any correspondence what so ever from TS Group during to date other than a welcome email when i gave the check.
I made many attempts to get a response from theirs reps and LA corp office with any results.
Claimed loss: $ 7000.00 plus additional fees beings charged by the Time-Share.
Desired outcome: My funds returned back to me.
Timeshare cancellation
My husband and I attended a seminar held in our town last year. We paid TS Relief over $8000.00 that was supposed to cover the entire cost of the cancellation. Finally after 5 months of contacting the attorneys at Molfetta Law firm them to check the status of our cancellation we were told that there was an additional fee of $4000.00 that was needed to cancel the timeshare. They claimed that TS Relief only gave them $995.00 of the money collected from us. I have emailed TS Relief to find out why we were charged the additional $4000.00 and to get the money back. I was told from them that we should never have been charged the additional fee and they would work on the issue. One month later they will not respond to my emails.
Additionally Molfetta Law firm said that we could not talk about the fees with TS Relief. The are both scammers and we want our additional $4000.00 back.
Desired outcome: We want our $4000.00 refunded.
Extinguishing exploria timeshare
Gentlemen i was invited to red lobsters in Valley Stream in Nassau county Ny for a invited to Extinguishing our time share with Exploria speaker Susan Hyder gave us a Presentation and we went 4 it Paid $21,000 with our Credit Card. After a year we would get our Money Back been calling. No response Email no response. Suppose to be a lawyer Chuck Amen no response call the Ts Relief Group they aways say i understand your concern we wll get someone to contact You. Still WAITING

Release from / transfer of timeshare ownership
On 25 August 2022, after attending an invitation, we submitted a $10,969 check for TS Relief Group to assume the duties of releasing my wife and I from our Westgate ownership with a 100% guarantee refund if unsuccessful within 365 days.
We were advised TS Relief Group is familiar and experienced specifically with Westgate Resorts and it is normally between 30-90 days for completion.
22 December 20222, I inquired as to the status and informed our package had been misplaced, found and finally being sent to the next level in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. 19 Jan 2023 TS Relief Group sent notification a Quitclaim deed was being completed. This was received on 13 Feb 2023.
On 29 June 2023, I received from Westgate Resorts Legal department a letter advising due to legal errors the “recorded” Quitclaim deed by TS Relief Group on behalf of Paradise Point I, LLC was null and void (as also recorded in Orange County FL court records). A phone conversation with Westgate has revealed due to “Right of First Refusal” they will not honor the attempt by TS Relief Group to obtain the timeshare unit for a third party. Therefore, according to the 100% guarantee, a full refund of $10,969 is warranted and legally binding.
As of today’s date, 7 August 2023, I have received only one terse reply from the representative, “there will be no refund”.
I humbly request to know what your company can do.
Desired outcome: Please refund the full amount as stipulated in the contract.
