I have since contacted both Saks and Borderfree regarding this and have not had a reply. Interestingly, I have sought to again review the delivery status since bringing the matter to the attention of Saks and lo and behold the order number is no longer recognised.
There are two ways, as I see it, that can easily resolve the matter: supply another suit, per original order and deliver to the nominated address, or; issue a refund equivalent to the purchase price, including delivery.
