Safra National Bank of New York

On 10/3/2022, I applied to refinance my loan with Access Loans, a subsidy of SAFRA Bank. I was hoping to get $900 in cash and reduce my payment to $136.00 from $155. Unfortunately, my application was denied for three reasons, including my income in relation to current obligations. I've been paying $155 every two weeks for several years, so I don't understand why SAFRA Bank thinks I can't pay $136.00 every two weeks. When I complained to Access Loans/SAFRA Bank, they told me that new customers get lower payments, but loyal customers like me have to pay more. It's frustrating.

I wanna complain bout a loan program from Safra National Bank of New York. I applied for an income based loan on 06/05/2022 cuz my pet's vet bills were crazy high. Their app found my employer, pay stubs, and income in minutes. I got access to a benefits hub to split my deposit. I got 10 years with the same employer and was told I'm eligible for up to $2000. I gave them a 2nd bank account and they said I'm ineligible cuz of my employment type/pay group. That's BS, I work full time 40 hours a week. I met their criteria but they turned me away. I emailed the CEO and COO but got no response. They're using discriminatory practices to disqualify me. I want answers and for them to live up to their hype. Enough is enough.
