Community Federal Savings Bank Digital checking card on experian website

I was on Experian website and saw an advertisement for a digital bank card first of all a digital checking account card is not a bank but okay your name was never mentioned anywhere on that advertisement or the application I filled out and why it's called a checking account I don't understand since there's no checks involved there was a draw it said $50 sign up bonus and it was supposed to help my credit no sooner had I put in my information I am 72 years old on social security it immediately attached to my social security direct deposit information after it did that I realized the $50 bonus was not going to happen until funds were deposited so I called and tried to cancel the entire process I'm talking to somebody on the other side of the world that doesn't even speak English I do not know if you are aware of the social security administration works but it takes them months to change Bank information I could not wait for my funds to be deposited and then sit and wait for a card to be mailed to me it was inconvenient and I was highly upset that they immediately attached to my federal government check that I wait an entire month to get counting the moments I close the account I also made a major complaint to experian which they tell me they don't have anything to do with it it is now almost 2 months later and I have been with social security trying to stop this entire process and just exactly what I have been in fear of has happened my money has gone to your bank and I have to sit and wait while the wheels turn slowly if I even get it at all because I feel like this was complete fraud and if you attach yourself to a federal government check you are exposing yourself to federal charges not to mention ripping off an old lady so now in December we get our checks early because the 3rd of the month is on a weekend I have to sit and wait not only didn't get my check till the check comes back which I called the number again and they tell me no worries and it is a worry that the money will be sent back when it gets to your bank and it's a closed account but all this is going to take time in the meantime I am doing without and I do not know how you have the nerve to call yourselves Federal anything because Federal indicates the United States government and a bank or checking account so I am sitting here waiting now I don't even know what's going to happen because it's a weekend and it's going to take 3 to 5 business days for it to be returned to social security and then they're going to take their sweet time trying to figure out how to get it back to me. I feel I have been not only taking advantage of but mislead and basically stolen from I'm telling you now you better return that money ASAP and I would really like an apology for the inconvenience if not some kind of financial compensation because that's what you would do if you were ripped off or had to be inconvenienced this digital card is not going to work for anyone like me plus I realize I did not have a physical Bank to go to I'm in mid Missouri and you're in New York I'm highly upset I'm beyond angry and it's not over yet and knowing the social security administration as I do this may not get ironed out if it ever does it all you are messing with my entire life here I had to go stop all my auto pays I have checks out that are going to bounce and the bank that I actually do deal with could give a care less they're going to charge me fees I'm going to have to pay late on all my bills and all kinds of repercussions are ensuing because you put this thing upon Experian website I just want to let you know that I have reported you to social security as a fraudulent company praying on people with bad credit for one and advertising services you do not provide but you have ripped off an old lady that waits for weeks to get her money and now I can't even pay my bills by groceries gas nothing so thanks so much I don't expect I'll get anything from you but all I really want is my check thank you

Community Federal Savings Bank I got a letter in the mail on 11/25/2022 from a debt collector company saying I owed PayPal $299.94

I got a letter in the mail on 11/25/2022 from a debt collector company saying I owed PayPal $299.94. I called PayPal on 11/26/2022 and they told me someone opened a fake PayPal account in my name with my address, my wife's phone number, and someone else's email. They also opened a bank account at Community Federal Savings Bank (CFSB) in Woodhaven, *** with the account number ending in ***. On 7/17/2022, someone sent $300 to the fake PayPal account and it was deposited in the CFSB bank account. Then, six withdrawals were made from the account, each for $49.99, leaving only .06 in the account. After that, a refund was requested from PayPal and obtained, leaving a negative balance of $299.94 in the PayPal account. On 11/28/2022, PayPal said they would close the account and prepare a fraud report with a Reference Number PT-***. They also said I wouldn't have to pay the $299.94. I filed a police report on 11/28/2022. I called CFSB on 11/28/2022 and they said they would research the fraudulent bank account and contact me, but I haven't heard anything from them as of 12/15/2022.
