I got a Kasasa Rewards Checking account in Jan. They say you get high interest if you do 12+ debit card buys, 1+ ACH, and sign up for online banking and e-Statements. I got high interest in Jan cuz it was a short month and they didn't make me do all the stuff. But in Feb I didn't get it cuz I didn't sign up for e-Statements. I thought I did when I opened the account but the banker said I had to do it again online. I asked if they could let it slide for Feb cuz I didn't know I had to do it again and the banker never told me. We emailed a lot during the account opening and she never said anything about it.
