Safeway review: poor customer service by staff member

I came into the store ON 10/30 @ 6:06pm to order a cake for my daughter's 16 birthday. I wanted to write her name in the cake as I had done at other stores. Staff member at the store - Harold was very rude. He was rudely shouting at me and asking me to do it on my own. I quietly ignored him as his suggestion was not helping me. His exact words were " you have an attitude problem and something is wrong with you".
I tried to walk away but kept he yelling at me in front of the other customers.
