The Customer Service at the Pharmacy at Safeway on Sandy Blvd has changed. It used to be great but in the past couple of months new staff have all shown up and the customer service has gone way down. Dr office sends prescrip but they say never heard from the Dr.
I try to call the Pharmacy by phone but the voice mailbox has been full for over two weeks and I cant even call the Pharmacy to speak with someone in person about their error. The phone service tells me prescription is ready for pickup yet when I go to pick it up they say its not ready yet can I wait 30 min. So I wait , the only customer there at the time yet the pharmacists fills three other prescription while Im waiting for him to finally start mine.
Recommendation: Use a different pharmacy
